Hotel was clean, the food was amazing and affordable.

No pool or hot tub(granted off season for them ) but it doesn't say in their ad that it's outdoor facilities. The fact that you pay a resort fee of 400.00 and still have to pay 10 a day for a microwave. What's the resort fee for? No continental breakfast or hotel guests discount in the restaurant. They also give you information that makes you sign up to a weird ass app to get a taxi cab. The web page says on site laundry( there is not)

Location, facilities, and nice staff. Price was good!

Internet connections was problematic. Plus our email got hacked during our stay there, so our account had to be shut down until our internet tech support could fix and verify security again. Plus our room location on main floor had our window facing the parking lot between the hotel and casino. So a bit of noice and traffic, off and on, until 2:00 AM. As we were travellers en route to California, that room was not a good choice for a good nights sleep.

I stay at Ellis Island occasionally, and at this stay I noted a distinct improvement of staff overall, but particularly the front desk. When I approached I noticed a ladies wallet on the counter and gave it to the clerk. He opened it, noted the owner, looked up her check-in info, and phoned her. She was at the pool and came in to retrieve her wallet. All of this in about 4 minutes! Check-in was fast, my requested room was available, and room was very clean. Even the outdoor traffic staff were helpful and polite. There's construction casino-side, and I'll look forward to those results. As always, an easy walk to The Strip.

Perfect location, still the same good menu in the restaurant, the same people working there (restaurant) like in the family business. Quite and clean rooms.

The quality service has dropped substantially since covid: no daily room service, no newspapers, water delivered only once. So the ratio value/price dropped. Very noisy AC and fan in the toilet. Personnel at the front desk is not as nice and good as it was before.

Location to the strip. The renovated rooms were nice.

Very loud construction noise (setting up for formula race) very early in the morning outside our window. We wouldn’t have minded so much but the lady at the front desk said it was a quiet room away from casino noise, which it was, but we would have e preferred casino noise given the option.:0)

It’s got a great location, only about 10 mins walk from the Strip. The restaurant has great food, and altogether it’s good value for this money.

I had problema with checking in early, although I had requested early check-in in advance and I got feedback that the hotel confirmed it’s okay and I can do so without any additional fee. Then, when we arrived there, they said they don’t know about anything (even when I showed the email confirmation!), they advised I either pay 50 dollars or come back in an hour. I came back in an hour, then they still had no idea about it (it was a different person at the reception), then it was 30 dollars or wait 30 minutes. At this time I was already very frustrated, but they didn’t bother. So we waited another 30 minutes and came back - for the third time. This time, the check-in went smoothly (again talking with a different person).

It is close to strip area. 15mins walking distance to strip area or sphere. Hotel resturant is cheaper than other restaurants outside and did serve delicious food. The food portion was also good enough for an adult.

The price we paid, it is worth it for every dollar

Restaurant side had too much tabbaco smoke , uncomfortable eating and trying to breathe wish it had a Lil more ventilation due to not every one being a tabacco smoker and visiting with kids on the other hand Service was great also a great price.

Comfy rooms and good breakfast
