I needed extra time in my room to get ready for the graduation I was attending, They added an extra charge to extend my room stay so I would be able to do this which helped me out immensely. The gal at the front desk in the evening helped me greatly when I unexpectedly needed a feminine product I did not bring with me, She went above and beyond to get this for me. So helpful and so much appreciated!

The only things I might add in a handicap accessible room would be more vanity space in the bathroom. It is a very big bath room but the vanity area was not adequate. I'd also add an outlet near the full-length mirror in the main bedroom space to allow another person to get ready while the bathroom is in use. Just ideas that I think would be useful for travelers. Thank you.

The location is beautiful. The breakfast area is spectacular. It was very quiet. The room was fine except for the height of the bed ( see below). The person at the desk was extremely helpful.

1. The bed was way too high for me. The top of the mattress came to my waist. I am 80 and arthritic. I could NOT get into the bed without a lot of painful flailing. 2. The cement around the parking lot is in DREADFUL condition and was unsafe for me to walk on. 3 the breakfast was less than mediocre…..

Staff is so courteous and accommodating. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The view was beautiful. The lighting and heating was very good. Hot water was wonderful

Room 115 needs a new hot tub. It was "fixed" with paint which is chipping away. At least we were able to change rooms. Also, it looks like you need new towels because the ones we had were stained with yellow spots and felt like I was wiping bleech on my face. The bedsheets were clean but stiff, either need more softener or a higher thread count

We liked the general design of the hotel. It was attractive. It was located off of a main street. It had water flowing behind the hotel. We ate our breakfast outside by this little body of water. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and a super nice guy.

I think the white light bulbs make the atmosphere in the room seem like you are in a hospital or factery. There were however two bulbs that cast a yellow (very nice in my opinion) hue. One in the main room and one in the toilet area. Best western is not alone in this issue. I don't understand how the people who make this decision can't see how harsh the white light bulbs are.

Comfortable hotel with a large room by the river. The breakfast bar was better than average for chain hotels, both quality of the food and the breakfast room was pleasant, with an outdoor terrace along the river. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Not much to complain about really, the pillows were a bit small and there was a bit of road noise.

They waived the early checkin fee, and helped us figure out why the TV remote did not work. It was nice seeing the stream outside the window, and the breakfast room was nice and except for a dirty waffle maker, it was the best breakfast in a week of travel.

The exterior needed a bit of repair, and nothing was within walking distance of the place.

Cat friendly, quiet room, comfortable bed, microwave and fridge in room in nice condition, good breakfast and nice location by the falls. Good place for the price. Friendly staff.

Drapes and furniture outdated, but that’s not a reason not to stay there.

Great location. Not far from Vassar—where I needed to be. Quiet, with lovely view from patio.

Water pressure and shower head not the best. Breakfast was a bit disappointing: eggs were crumbly, bagels tiny with no plain, store wrapped pastries. Nespresso machine was set to 16 ounces, but cups were only 8.

It was a nice room, with a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Breakfast was served in a nice location, and tasted fairly good! There were no noise complaints either, so overall I enjoyed my stay

While there were some restaurants nearby, there was no sidewalks, meaning in order to get food I would either have to walk along a dangerous road or order something to be delivered.

Quiet hotel and our room had a beautiful view of the creek.

the exterior window surrounds were wood and very decayed...need replacing. Inside of hotel is alright. What you would expect from an older property.
