I liked the room and the staff. The room was clean and roomy. The staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast could be better the eggs were dry and the beans served were runny and maybe a maybe switching from bacon, ham or sausage and not just sausage which was a bit dry. Have a variety of oatmeal not just one kind other that that everything else served was good. The location was a bit confusing at first but then it was easy to get too. I really enjoyed my time there with my husband and daughter. I would have preferred a kitchen in my room but it gave me an excuse to go out and eat 😜

The staff here is exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay and they were so accommodating. My daughter brought her big German Shepherd and we felt he was welcomed there. Fees very reasonable and staff make you feel they are happy you are there and your dog. Breakfast was really well done. Great amenities and beach access is great. Awesome location overall.

Rooms were very clean, housekeeping was amazing and kept our room replenished with towels and garbage taken out. It is just the building. Keeping the a/c low we were able to cut out some of the humidity but rooms are very damp.

Location was perfect! Had access to everything on the main strip, including the beach. Breakfast was a nice variety. Pool and jacuzzi was nice and not crowded. Pool towels near pool The hotel staff did try to make sure any issue was taken care of, except the smell.

I didn't get the rooms I booked. I booked rooms with balconies. I made sure I read all the details before booking and instead I got two regular queen rooms. The TV in my children's room didn't work, had to call someone to fix it. The room I was in had a really strong unpleasant odor and the fridge didn't work. Breakfast time was a nightmare. Not enough seating for way too many groups of people standing in line.

Clean, water pressure in the shower was real good also the hotel is close to the beach and the workers were nice. Had their own shower to clean off the sand on hotel grounds and didn't have to walk from the beach all clean and get more sand as you walk back to the hotel

The balcony is super small 2 people can barely fit should have got a room with a partial view of the ocean. The door to the restroom was messed up and I had to close it with force and open it as well

Hotel was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to experience rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable stuff was amazing.

Hotel was conveniently located within one block of several food trucks where we had dinner. Food was amazing. There were gift shops right across the street a candy shop and a McDonald’s right in the same lot a private walkway to the beach the pool and the Jacuzzi were warm.

Great location and facility. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. A/C worked great, and we had plenty of towels. Breakfast was also good, a nice variety of foods to choose from. The staff was extremely nice and gave us an upgrade due to the 2nd room not being ready in time. We will be staying again in the future.

The only thing missing was a towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. Overall 9/10.

Location was great, beach access from hotel was very convenient. Just a short walk to the beach. Staff was very friendly.

House keeping could have been better. There was a big bag of trash that was left in the hallway outside of another room for a whole day and night, it had perishable food that was just sitting in the trash bag in the hallway.

Easy to access, nice private pathway to the beach, caring staff, good a/c, changed towels and emptied trash daily

You could see that some cosmetic work needs to be done. They need to keep up with breakfast better………ran out of pancake mix, syrup. You need spreadable butter for waffles, not ice cold. They were noticeably understaffed.

The proximity to the beach, and the pool was nice. The family suite was by far our favorite. It was spacious enough for our family of 6 plus grandma to fit comfortably. The continental breakfast was good.

The carpet needs to be removed especially by the beach where the musty smell of damp rug will always be. The laundry room can be updated with new machines.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh and there was a great variety of choices. Each day had different choices. The location was close to all amenities. The reception was friendly and helpful. The newest receptionist Jessica was amazing, always cheerful, and happy to help with any issue .
