The facilities are immaculately kept. It was so clean and there was staff everywhere for everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious and a great atmosphere. The location is superb, and the walk to the beach is so convenient. Great pool and cabana. Nothing to complain about.

Not a complaint, but the hotel itself is a little older. HOWEVER, the staff keep it so clean. The rooms and common areas are updated and offer a great space. The floors in the room are tiled, so sometimes you hear the people above you, but it’s not a big deal. Tile is easier to clean sand off of than carpet is!

Room was super clean and very nice, beds were comfy. Breakfast was real good, you could get a "custom" omelette and you could get some tacos. Restaurant food at the hotel was SUPER good, you dont need to go out for lunch. All in all this has been the best experience we've ever had at SPI and we go there at least once per year, Not sure why we did not try this hotel before, but glad we just did now.

The only thing I could complain about was the sofa, when you set it up as bed, it was not comfortable, although we did not need it, I think it is worth mentioning it.

The price & location were amazing!

The floors in our room were pretty yuck. Like they haven't been cleaned well in a long time. And it was hit or miss if our shower would get warm/hot water. At least 4 of the times we went to shower, there was only cold water.

Wow it was so much better compared to my visit in 2019 as well as 2021. The housekeepers work really hard to keep this place clean. The hallway on the first floor is well lit now. Everyone must try the restaurant downstairs, the food there is amazing and made to order.

The beds could be more plush for more comfort, the older LCD televisions (VIZIO) need updating. I had two rooms this stay, one room had the older TV and one had a much newer and bigger TV. Same with the refrigerators. One was mini and one was twice the size. I know this is just small things but it means alot to your guests.

The ladies doing the omelets in the morning did a great job. The hostess at breakfast pushed the rules trusting us to return our coffee cups every morning and that was very thankful so we could enjoy a cup of coffee in our room before going up to breakfast.

The balconies leave something to be.... if you sit in one of the two chair better use the one further away from the door, cuz you'll be getting up whether you want to or not if your in the one closer to the door. Someone would have to climb over you or go over the balcony. Not a lot of room out there. The coffee provided was not even dishwater strength. We bought our own for morning Joe

big comfy room right on the beach! Large exterior patio area for ground floor rooms. Purchase wine/beer from the gift shop after hours (pay at the front desk). Excellent starbucks coffee shop right in the lobby. Free parking - really easy to access.

the general breakfast really wasn't very good, though we were pretty late - could have just been old. Didn't want to risk getting sick so passed on the custom taco/omelette station as well. Though the free breakfast coffee also wasn't very good, having a Starbucks right in the lobby saved the day at least! Our room was on the ground floor of the main hallway -- very busy and loud (sound echos everywhere).

Lobby and rooms were upgraded since the last time I came. They looked fantastic.

My door in the room didn't want to close properly, and you bad to budge it to get it closed. Bed was a bit stiff as well

Large staff to keep the place clean. Great warm temperature of outdoor pool & hot tub. Hotel on a fantastic beach for walking. Got to watch the staff prepare breakfast including Sanchez Breakfast Taco and made to order omelettes. large hot breakfast. Nice balcony with chairs. Really great location on the island with easy drive across the bridge to Port Isabela. Loved all the palm trees, made the vacation special. They have a snack restaurant on site with good food. Lots of free use towels for the pool and the beach.

The weather is sometime cloudy and sandy wind. Jelly fish on the beach and in the water.

The rooms are very spacious and up to date fixtures and furniture. The pool area has a nice relaxing atmosphere and leads directly to the walking bridge for the beach.

The most upsetting part of our stay was the cheapness taken for the toilet paper, if you want your guests to feel comfortable you have to spend a little more for better toilet paper. Another issue was you could hear everything that was happening in the connecting rooms. Children were screaming, running around and hitting the walls. We called the front desk to report but that didn't keep the family from allowing their children to do anything.
