The facilities are immaculately kept. It was so clean and there was staff everywhere for everything you could need. Breakfast was delicious and a great atmosphere. The location is superb, and the walk to the beach is so convenient. Great pool and cabana. Nothing to complain about.

Not a complaint, but the hotel itself is a little older. HOWEVER, the staff keep it so clean. The rooms and common areas are updated and offer a great space. The floors in the room are tiled, so sometimes you hear the people above you, but it’s not a big deal. Tile is easier to clean sand off of than carpet is!

This place has the BEST customer service; employees always have a smile on their face and are willing to help at any time, day or night. Just the kindest people ever! The restaurant inside the hotel is a great little place to eat that stays open later than most. The pizza, burgers, sandwiches, chicken tenders, fajita quesadilla, and street tacos were all great and have wonderful price points to make it even better. The free breakfast in the morning has a great selection and is constantly restocked as needed. Short walk to the beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent. The place is clean and well kept. My grandson can't wait to return to Paradise!

This is really not a complaint, but the beds are rather hard, BUT the pillows were great!

This hidden gem is in a perfect location with beautiful beachfront views. We got the room with an ocean view and a spa jet tub! The room had a sofa, desk, two tv's, a tub and a desk and drawers. It was huge! La Copa Inn has the best staff I've ever seen! The best part is that it won't break the bank. You even get free breakfast, a pool, a store, a Starbucks and a restaurant. At night, you can walk over to the Quarterdeck lounge for some great music, karaoke or comedy shows depending on the day! Of course, our highlight was just sitting under an umbrella with a book and some wine. We will continue going to La Copa Inn!

Really enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the view of the Gulf, as well as the easy beach access and constant security presence. The food here is also excellent and the parking is also excellent, I love the fact that you have to show your parking pass to enter the lot, and the wristband to enter the pool area, other places to eat like Johnny Rockets, or Russo's are literally steps away, so is the stripes convient store. Just a perfect place for central access to the city and beach as well as the bridge exiting the island to Port Isabel.

Room was super clean and very nice, beds were comfy. Breakfast was real good, you could get a "custom" omelette and you could get some tacos. Restaurant food at the hotel was SUPER good, you dont need to go out for lunch. All in all this has been the best experience we've ever had at SPI and we go there at least once per year, Not sure why we did not try this hotel before, but glad we just did now.

The only thing I could complain about was the sofa, when you set it up as bed, it was not comfortable, although we did not need it, I think it is worth mentioning it.

We loved the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Our needs were met with very courteous hospitality. My grandson and daughter were very impressed with the features provided- especially the breakfasts and the restaurant by the pool. Also, the very reasonable costs made our stay very worthwhile.

The only thing would possibly be the lack of property parking for more than one vehicle. But, the availability of extra parking in an area close by is very nice.

The price & location were amazing!

The floors in our room were pretty yuck. Like they haven't been cleaned well in a long time. And it was hit or miss if our shower would get warm/hot water. At least 4 of the times we went to shower, there was only cold water.

This is an extremely well run hotel that is good for families just a boardwalk from the beach. They provide a huge breakfast. The hotel is kept so clean. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly and hard working. The hotel is well staffed. And they provide a service to be able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas at a reasonable price.

Parking is a bit challenging but we always found a place. The elevators are sometimes full at peak times. We missed out on maid service one day. Luggage carriers were hard to get at peak times. You can see I am having to struggle to find things to criticize as these were very minor inconveniences.

This is an older property, but very clean. The staff was super courteous & attentive. Property was well taken care of. The closeness to the beach was awesome. The hotel has everything you may need & even things that you don't need, they got you covered. There is a gift shop, bar, food, Starbucks coffee, umbrella/chair rentals, & ice-cream available on site. The pool was amazing & very clean. Honestly, I am impressed with the busiest of the staff. Every employee I saw was always busy & hard at work to maintain a clean, inviting environment. The hotel could use a few updates, but overall, a great stay!

My only complaint was the frozen/mixed drinks. They definitely could have used some pizzazz, new recipes, & improvements. For starters, add more alcohol, fresh/real fruits, umbrellas, etc. The frozen drinks were too slushy & lacked flavor.
