The staff here is exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay and they were so accommodating. My daughter brought her big German Shepherd and we felt he was welcomed there. Fees very reasonable and staff make you feel they are happy you are there and your dog. Breakfast was really well done. Great amenities and beach access is great. Awesome location overall.

Rooms were very clean, housekeeping was amazing and kept our room replenished with towels and garbage taken out. It is just the building. Keeping the a/c low we were able to cut out some of the humidity but rooms are very damp.

Location was perfect! Had access to everything on the main strip, including the beach. Breakfast was a nice variety. Pool and jacuzzi was nice and not crowded. Pool towels near pool The hotel staff did try to make sure any issue was taken care of, except the smell.

I didn't get the rooms I booked. I booked rooms with balconies. I made sure I read all the details before booking and instead I got two regular queen rooms. The TV in my children's room didn't work, had to call someone to fix it. The room I was in had a really strong unpleasant odor and the fridge didn't work. Breakfast time was a nightmare. Not enough seating for way too many groups of people standing in line.

Great location and facility. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. A/C worked great, and we had plenty of towels. Breakfast was also good, a nice variety of foods to choose from. The staff was extremely nice and gave us an upgrade due to the 2nd room not being ready in time. We will be staying again in the future.

The only thing missing was a towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. Overall 9/10.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh and there was a great variety of choices. Each day had different choices. The location was close to all amenities. The reception was friendly and helpful. The newest receptionist Jessica was amazing, always cheerful, and happy to help with any issue .

Clean room, very cool nice A/C, friendly welcome. .We got to the Island early at about 1 pm and they checked us in. A room was already clean and ready. Roomed equiped with small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and coffee. This was very convenient for us coming for afar. Thank you! We will definitely visit again!

Employee asked us to leave dining area with our dog. They did not see her Service Dog vest! Later when I went to desk for something else, they apologized, they did not see the vest! Employee admitted it was only his second day on the job!

I liked that it was close to the beach. The staff was very quick to respond to any issues, I thought the light wasn't working called the front desk and before I knew it someone was at the door. Don't know how long he had been there (lol) but was very kind when I him told everything was ok. It was off-season, not crowded very pleasant.

Great reception staff. Jessica and Desiree were excellent. As for the property, it had everything my family needed. The access to the beach was also awesome. I will be returning and staying at the Comfort Suites.

The clerk at the front desk when I checked in was awesome. He was very nice and helpful. He fixed the mistake made by Booking. Com. He was very understanding.

The room I booked on my Booking. Com app ,was the room I was expecting to get when I checked in i was wrong. I booked a room with a balcony and a city view but when I was checking in I was told that the room that was booked was a standard queen with no balcony.

I loved having beach access from the hotel. The rooms were comfortable. Pool was heated with a jacuzzi and open until 11pm. Clean bathroom and hot showers. The staff was super super nice and attentive. Greeted us everytime we walked in or out.

Hotel and furniture is a little outdated but didn’t mind since it wasn’t something I’d be using. Like the tables with an office chair. We had a sofa bed but didn’t use that either.
