Liked the location, the entrance is very bright and welcoming. The room was beautiful and spacious. Loved having a balcony to sit on with a drink in hand and just relax and enjoy the pool and beach view. Has a swim up bar with great drinks and a food truck you could order from. Staff was friendly. Stayed in at the hotel restaurant for dinner, drinks, and live music. And has beach access with outside restroom and shower. Overall great getaway.

The parking was a bit inconvenient. Parking lot shared by 2 hotels/condos. A bit if a walk.

We booked a condo- for 3 days and 4 nights. Was told there is no cleaning service for that amount of stay. BUT we went through a lot of towels- and all of the coffee. I asked for the towels to be picked up- and they never were, and I asked for new towels which were delivered several hours after pool day. The battery of the door handle also died- locking us out of the room for 45 min which was super annoying. Sitting on the floor and waiting outside the room.

The new remodel was a nice touch, I felt like I was transported to Hawaii! The room was really clean, the employees were nice and I love the bar in the pool!

We had no chairs on our balcony, even when we requested some from a guy at the front desk our first day there. Would’ve been nice to sit outside and enjoy the free coffee in the room. Kids were splashing in the pool at bar area and getting water in our drinks, they should not be allowed near/in pool bar area since the pool is spacious in other areas and they aren’t 21+. other than that it was amazing!

Fun and well decorated property. Great pool and staff was so friendly and accommodating! Right on the beach

So me and my Girlfriend were walking to the gym just to see what it looked like. My Girlfriend stepped inside and waited by the door while I went to look around and the security guard banged on the window telling us to leave because she had open toe shoes but was literally by the door and not near any of the equipment. Well he runs in side and was rude and loud with us about not being in the gym with open toe which is understandable but he kept repeating him self and getting louder as we apologized and walked out. Was very rude and uncalled for. That was the security on night shift on 22nd of march.

I liked the beach access and that i could tent beach chairs/umbrella. The staff was very nice and the coffee shop had great drinks and was fast.

The food was The food at both the restaurant and out at the bar was the only thing I did not like. We ordered nachos from the bar and although nachos are supposed to a bit of a mess, these were more on the cold side, the chips were already a bit soggy, to the point it was hard to pick them up and very little meat. We chose to eat at Landshark the last evening of our trip. It was understaffed. One poor lady seemed to be taking care of everyone. My sister ordered the coconut shrimp and became ill and was then sick the last night we stayed at the hotel.

I loved the atmosphere. The resort is beautiful, and the housekeeping staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. I loved the easy access to the beach.

Maybe offer a free breakfast for hotel guests that don't have a condo. Maybe make the beds a little more comfortable.

Loved the king bed, so comfy. Big TV to watch movies at night, and really appreciated Chromecast being included so we could stream whatever we wanted. The view of the ocean was beautiful as we could see it from our bed. Loved the coffee shop downstairs, super convenient. Also the lobby always smelled sooo good when walking in from outside, kind of limey/fruity smelling which made us so happy every time we came "home!"

Although the ocean view balcony was great looking at standing up or from inside, the balcony chairs are just low enough that you can't even see the ocean when sitting in them. You just see the railing, at least from my fiance and I's heights (5'3 and 5'11). Didn't like the weird half-open showers that looked like it was missing a slide door. Since there's no bath mat, water got everywhere on the floor every time we showered. Towels were pretty thin so they weren't great at soaking up the water from the floor.

Great location and a happy and fun place. Live music on both Friday and Saturday nights. The food in the bar in the evening was good too. We did not have breakfast. The room was very nice and decorated in-line with the name of the hotel. There was no hairdryer provided, so we had to call reception and one was sent up to the room and although there was an ironing board, the iron was missing. Even though the weather was poor, the heated outdoor pool was great.

Cannot think of anything negative to say.

The overall look and vibe. Rooms were decorated well- comfortable beds. Restaurant Food was good.

Limited pool chairs and NO property chairs/umbrellas available! TV reception was poor- cut in and out the entire time. Patio door almost impossible to open. Poor view when sitting on the patio due to fencing. Room doors slam loudly.
