The hotel met our expectations, and Cypress is a nice safe neighbourhood to stay in. The parking lot was spaceous and the hotel was easy to find. The rooms were nice and clean and had the amenities expected. It had a lot of restaurants close by that you could walk to, and a Bucees almost next door, so everything is available when that snack-craving time comes around.

I wish our room had had a bath tub and the TV channels were a bit lackluster but these small nitpicky things really should tell you the hotel was quite nice.

There was bugs in the room and I complained several times. Nobody seemed to care or take care of it. It’s all over the dresser every time you leave food out for a minute had to put things in the microwave or in the refrigerator to keep the ants away that’s how bad and cockroaches in the bathroom.

Our room was so comfortable and we really enjoyed attending the breakfast services in the morning. Checking was also super easy and were able to provide us a room last minute, so thank you for that. Definitely will consider coming back!

In our room, I think there's a lot of open space that could be changed with an extra couch, also the tv could be a bit bigger in my opinion, but that's neither here nor there. I do wish the restroom had more ventilation though.

The convenience and location. Great food places to eat close to location

The smell of marijuana was very strong in the hallway. Also while taking dog out for walk behind the building there were vagrants wondering and sleeping in tents in lot next to buildings. Also the lightning in the area where not bright I didn't safe out there alone

Staff very friendly and helpful. Night desk clerk was outstanding. Got us the perfect room as my spouse needed a roll in shower. He went over and above what I expected. Thank you Colin for making our trip less stressful. Robert and Kathy Renwick Rosema

Breakfast could have lasted 30 min more.

Colin, the front desk clerk did an awesome job in helping me. I needed assistance in finding information about the area, and he went above and beyond to find out what I needed. The rooms were very clean and the a/c worked great!

I think that the water pressure, at least from the sink, was a little weak.

The breakfast was delicious and provided us with some delicious food choices. We also enjoyed the bar as we were able to enjoy a few drinks together with our friends and family. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit

I did not care for the breakfast. I know, it's Free. The eggs were a powdered type. Whatever the hotel is providing the cooks is not fair to the cooks to have to serve it. Fortunately, there were many other breakfast options in the area.

I’ve stayed here three times and I’m never disappointed. The staff is the friendliest. The breakfast is always fresh. My kids love the stay. The pool is nice. The gym and laundry room are adequate. And most importantly, it always just smells clean even with it being a pet friendly place.

I filtered my hotels for PET FRIENDLY because I have a small Terrier. But no where in my reservation did it ask if I was traveling with a pet. Wish reservations would ask if we are traveling with pets.
