The front desk lady who checked us in was the most well manored lady, and she went above and beyond to help us get checked in. I only wish I had looked at her badge to remember her name.

Nothing, we loved everything about our stay. The beds were super comfortable and so much better than our one at home that we actually bought a new mattress because of how comfortable it truthfully was. There was a gym on site as well as an office and a pool. The products they used were Dove shampoo/conditioner & body wash which was just as amazing 👏 Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 😉

First off let me give a big shout out to Tina who took me in around midnight and was very helpful with correcting the double booking I accidentally made. Her service was nothing short of exceptional. Secondly Chris took care of Mr upon check out and registering for late check out. He went above and beyond to make.sure all my logistics were straight. both individuals were courteous polite and a pleasure to interact with. last but.not least the nice lady making and maintaining the breakfast buffet was awesome 👌 as was the dishes she prepared. (biscuits and gravy) om a contemporary breakfast unheard of . just awesome. Housekeeping, everything was very clean and neat and well stacked. only thing that the housekeeper may want to improve on is the fact she doesn't speak English led to her confusion., as I couldn't get her to understand. we were doing late check out. She wouldn't take no for an answer . As she kept pounding on the Dorr and running in the room many times over in her frustration and lack of understanding. I had the don't disturb sign on door and would say we aren't ready yet as she would knock yet she would open and proceed in room multiple timed as if this would make me decide to leave early??. not a chance. The mattress and beds were so comfortable it swallowed me and wouldn't let go. lol

Immaculate rooms. Everything was clean. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from. Bathroom was clean as well and the complimentary soaps/lotions were amazing! Better than the small travels size items you use from many other hotels. Continental breakfast was delicious. All staff we encountered were very hospitable.

It was quite noisy. We could hear people walking up and down the hallways, the noise from the upstairs neighbors seemed louder than I’ve ever experienced before, but hard to tell if this was specific to our situation and who was staying above us at the time or if it is simply the way the hotel was built and not very sound proof. The highway outside the hotel was also a big issue during our stay. Unfortunately this is completely out of the hotels hands but so many loud vehicles were driving late at night. We had our 2 year old staying with us and use a white noise machine - but between the noise from the hallway, the upstairs neighbors, and the noise from outside, we all had a very difficult time falling asleep.

This hotel was a convenient stopover for us on our trip down south. The bed sheets were noticeably softer and more comfortable, which made the night's sleep pleasant. The heated pool that was very kids friendly was also a great unanticipated feature. While breakfast was standard it was at least offered and included in the room price, which was all rather very affordable.

Only two things of minor impact: (1) one of our room cards kept on not working despite returning 3 times to the reception to fix it - not sure if it was technical error or something else; (2) as we had booked two rooms, which ended up being on each side of the corridor, we could see that the side facing the highway was a bit noisy but that didn't prevent from a good night rest.

This is by far the nicest and friendless hotel I have ever stayed at. Not just because it is in Va., but the people. So proud of y'all. Not a thing.

The gentleman at the desk was so helpful and accommodating. I had a couple of requests and he was able to find me a room that (1) was not adjoining to another and (2) was close to the elevator. My room was great...clean and comfortable. I had been driving for hours (heading to Atlanta from NY) and it was so wonderful to climb into my comfy bed. I had to leave before 4 am and found a friendly staff member at the front desk on my way out. Nice stay.

Checking in took 1 minute, the employee was friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and even better - it smelled clean. Bed was super comfortable, nice duvet and lots of pillows of different firmness. Shower had lots of pressure. This hotel has THE BEST washbasin tap - it's tall, so I could even wash my hair in the washbasin thanks to that. There could have been more choices at breakfast, but the cheese omelette was fine. I do like the coffee and they refilled as soon as it ran out.

I thought it was a bit of an overkill to individually foilwrap every slice of bread or each apple.

The receptionist that greeted us on our stay was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. My husband and I were traveling from Los Angeles for the annual BugOut in Summerduck, VA and took the red-eye flight into Dulles Airport. As we waited for our room to become available, we were invited to have breakfast which was so convenient. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and was was very satisfying after traveling overnight. The receptionist was able to check us in early, which reflected her excellent customer service skills to try and meet the individual needs of the guest. The room was clean and comfortable. I regret I was too tired to remember the name of the receptionist that assisted us when checking in, as I would have loved to personally mention her by name, however I would definitely stay here again in the future when traveling to Virginia.

Very clean. Breakfast was great. Comfortable. Booked for 2 nights. Maid came in after first night made the beds, took out trash, replaced dirty towels. Overall great experience.

I hate that they charge a 25.00 per day per room for essentials. We never get items and if we did we would just pay for it right then and not charge it to the room. It’s not a convenience and it’s also something our family would ever use.

The hotel was just off 95, room was clean

3 towels in room for 4 people. When calling down to desk for more towels there was no answer. Breakfast was meh 🫤 When asking about local dinners we were told of the Bearded Monkey out front. It was also sub par. Room had no literature for local dinners or take out/delivery. No pen or stationary/note pad to take notes on.
