How nice I was greeted by mrs.Hope. she welcomed me and my family. The room was clean and large with a bed for my grandson which he enjoyed. It was quiet and very relaxing. Breakfast was great. O my husband put some money up so we would not lose it. But we turned the keys and was on our way home when we realized that we left the money in our room 111. We called the Clarion Inn and told them what we did. We was a half hour away from the Inn before we remembered. So Hope told me she would go get it. And she did. I really appreciate her honesty. Thank you again.

The room was great. The outdoor pool was awesome. The front desk employee HOPE. Was wonderful. Hope wen over and beyond to help my family with a personal issue and she succeeded. Hope should be commended for her excellent customer service. Thank you Hope for an excellent stay at your property 😁

Didn't know the indoor pool was out of service

The breakfast was limited. All I really needed was coffee. My room had a very old carpet, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. I needed extra towels and shampoo because I have very long hair. They gave me more than enough. The appearance is aged, but the staff and comfort made it a lovely stay. I expected to stay a night. However, it ended up four nights. The atmosphere was safe and comfortable. Very nice surprise!

Needed more shade at the pool.

The staff was exceptional

The fact that the construction was going on and some of the residents reeked of weed. I am highly allergic to the smell of weed and cigarettes. But I know its not something that can be controlled.

The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable and we ordered in food was delicious and the hot breakfast was delicious! wish we could have stayed longer! But hopefully we will be back!

Our stay was to be with our brother in hospital,he passed away,weeks left one day earlier than planned.hotel was good but water leaking from toilet making a mess

The staff is awesome

Although it was a pet room, The room smelled horrible like smoke, and poop, and the pullout couch had a smoke burn in the couch.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. We chose a smoking room so our expectations were not especially high, but we were SURPRISED. The room did not have the extreme musty odor we anticipated. Alan(sp?), our check in agent, was fabulous and very accommodating. He made sure I did not get lost, which was a joke between us, He was also able to assist with an emergency need for scissors. That was definitely appreciated and over and above what is expected. We are already planning our next visit very soon.

One of the main reasons we chose this location was the hot tub opportunity. Unfortunately, it was not functional at the time of our stay. The restaurant was also closed for renovations. Both things were understandable and did not have a huge impact on our stay. We are hoping that everything will be "up and running" by the time we return.
