For a hotel built in the 70s this BW is well cared for. The hotel lobby at checkin had beautiful woodwork in the ceiling and throughout. Checkin was a breeze. Breakfast was very good with what looked like and tasted like real scrambled eggs, not box eggs. Sausage, spinach and cheese were offered with the eggs. Plenty of different breads and cereals and fresh blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, mango, pineapple and watermelon. Coffees were hot and good. Staff were all great. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Befs and pillows, very comfortable. Nice hot shower and plenty of soaps and shampoo. Only thing not perfect was water pressure out of sink, shower pressure great. Also appreciate large frig as we were traveling with food and wine that needed refrigeration. We were also able to refreeze our cooler ice. This NW is very conveniently located off I 95 and is one of the best BWs we've stayed at.

The hotel is a bit older but it's very clean and quiet except for the aviary in the am. Actually nice to be woken up by birds. The bed was super comfortable. We had a refrigerator, ice and we had what we needed.

Have no complaints. All other hotels in the area either had poor reviews or were much pricier. I prefer vintage and affordable. The above-the-door transom was great to see and my window expert husband loved that it really opened. They don't make them like this anymore. I'd play up the vintage vibe, and find ways to accentuate it. I think a lot of people enjoy that when all hotels are basically the same.

Super comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent price compared to other nearby hotels, and very conveniently located. But the highlight for us was the exceptional morning staff-- the desk manager and chef were both so friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast was amazing-- pancakes, sausage, eggs, bagel station, and yogurt with fresh fruits and berries!

A little outdated rooms (carpet in rooms and some dingy wallpaper in the bathroom) but absolutely nothing that would sway us! We discovered this hotel a couple of years ago and would definitely stay here again when we travel for vacation.

Man this place hit every check list extremely clean and a beautiful clean pool . The breakfeast was exceptional contiental they had a full coffee and juice bar, serving eggs french toast an sausage . They also had bagel and toast bar. I highly recommend this hotel the staff is wonderful and i love the location across the st is a 24 hr royal farms and right next.door is a mams fried chicken best place in fredericksburg , they also have a dunkin donuts right in front of the hotel !! Great place cant wait to stay again !!

Breakfast was extraordinary and I would have liked to have stayed there on my return trip but a route change made it necessary to cancel. Ryan, the desk clerk wass helpful and gracious despite my very late arrival. I'd stay there again.

I thought that everything about this property met expectations.

The location is perfect right off the highway. The breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, fresh fruit, hot options, delicious juices, bread, and Danish

Regular cream at the coffee station . Only option was flavored cream. When asked for regular cream, unfortunately I was handed 4 very expired packets- the cream had hardened. The toilet seat in our Room 104 was not properly cleaned .

Great,although we did not know there were steps!! Quiet, room heating system good, firm, comfortable bed!! excellent breakfast with so so many choices! Best I’ve ever had that was included with the room!! Staff was friendly & very helpful!!!

With the parking spread out and busy, property, we got very wet unloading our car as it was pouring rain! Room needs a spare blanket for those who need more covers on the bed!!!

Excellent staff. Pool was not open on day of check-in and staff kept us informed of progress. The maintenance gentleman was needed to put a new part in the toilet that would not flush. He arrived and fixed it with 15 minutes. And he was working on the pool as well Delicious breakfast. Friendly housekeeping staff. Our request of lower level by the pool was accomodated.

Extremely clean! That's the best way for me to describe it. My room, the lobby, the breakfast room, everything is so very clean. And everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing too. Delicious french toast! So many choices.

I seriously can't think of anything I didn't like. I have never given a review on a hotel but this place is exceptional and the price was great.

Felt safe and it was a great place to stay off I-95. Good breakfast w fresh fruits and food.

Guests sat outside our room at six am talking loudly, smoking and coughing. Smoke came in our AC. Ugh! This is a good pit stop but not a luxury motel.
