Room was nice and clean. Mini fridge with freezer was good, though the freezer didn't fully freeze the liter bottles of water that we put in it. Beds were comfy and there was no carpet (which is how we prefer it). Air quality was great (we use a room air filter machine which indicates how clean the air is). The humidity was good, too, unlike some other motels in the area where the air is moist and everything feels sticky. Mini coffee maker in the room is nice even though we didn't use it on this visit. They also have free coffee and juices in the lounge area 24 hours a day. Belvita biscuits and granola bars in the lounge for breakfast, but no fruit.

No way to turn on the bathroom vent without also turning on the lights. Also, the location is a little inconvenient to get to off the highway. It's off a divided road and you can't just turn left or make a u-turn. You have to make a right and three lefts to get to the side of the road where the motel is. Sink is a little low and the faucet is far back, but it still works fine.

Room was good, clean with clean bedding and towels. Area was good with many places to eat and fuel. Customer service was friendly and quickly checked us in. Even getting us on the 1st floor as requested. I had posted an earlier review that pointed out that I had left a bag behind and no one had called me back. They have now called and said they had tried before but I did not answer thinking it was spam. I would like to apologize to RJ and Red Roof Inn, it was my mistake for leaving the bag, and they have done their part to inform me. Even working with me to get my stuff. I would stay here again if I am in the area and would recommend to others as well. Good value for the money

not the hotels fault but i found out if i paid the hotel through booking.com they went through a 3rd party. (i had accidently paid online i usually pay at the property)They had something wrong with the system and although i paid i couldn't check into my room. I had to call customer service and that took a long time and a lot of talking in circles to eventually work out everything. I was told this happens a lot. so i recommend not paying online and just paying at the property.

The staff was wonderful. The room was nice. Good location.

There were only two pillows on each bed. When we asked for more the nice gentleman at the front desk was not able to give us any because the maintenance room was already locked for the evening. I know we weren't in a handicap accessible room so we don't have the set up for one however there should be a bar in the shower that you can grab onto just in case you slip. There's nothing there to try and help prevent a fall.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. No bugs of any kind! Probably one of the nicest motels in the area. The only thing I didn't like was there were no microwaves in the room. You have to use a communal one in an outdoor breezeway. Other guests aren't as courteous about cleaning up their messes in the microwave, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Throughout my stay, I encountered no issues or disturbances, thanks to the attentive staff and the well-managed facilities. The room was tidy, clean and a good value for the price. The motel management has done a good job in taking care of the property and they were helpful in accomodating us.

Location is challenging as one must approach the property from the east as one can not turn left from the west or turn from the motel to go east. This is due to a large increase in traffic since the motel was built.

Very clean and comfortable. Great value for the evening, and exceeded our expectations. Quick and easy check-in and check-out, and accomodating of our uhaul trailer. Some other reviews mentioned the difficulty of access -- this wasn't the case at all. The sign and hotel were easy to see, parking lot was clearly labeled. Yes, we did need to make a u-turn a bit up the road because of a median in the road. Who cares? That added maybe 2 minutes to our drive, and just made it easier to get out in the morning.

The only tiny issue we had was that they were out of travel toothbrushes, so I had to buy one at a gas station up the road.

The area looked a little sketchy especially at night but the facilities was well lit and maintained, quiet and a very friendly staff. The rooms was clean and the bed comfortable. I make drives between my home in Massachusetts and Florida a few times a year and will gladly stay at this location in the future.

The road to get into the hotel was a little difficult due to his design.

Staff was welcoming. We took the opportunity to try the menu the staff provided on the counter and tried vincelli (sp?) pizza parlor. It was great cauliflower pizza right to our room. The room was very clean and smelled clean sanatized and fresh. The king bed was very comfortable and got a great night sleep. We admired the beautiful landscaped property too. Very attractive.

One thing the brand of gourmet coffee offered in the room and coffee in lobby wasnt that great. It was bitter.
