It was located by many stores and close to the wedding venue

Paying for parking, the pillows were horrible, my total was different than the amount given on booking.com. Since I was from out of state my card wouldn’t go through because they thought it was fraudulent. Each time I swiped it said approved and I went to my room to be called back three times by the front desk to tell me she couldn’t get it authorized. I finally said maybe the think it’s fraud because the money is there and this was the case but why didn’t she see that on her side and why let me go to my room each time to call me back it was just a inconvenience.

I loved the staff, they were wonderful & very helpful throughout my stay there.

Now what I did Not like & was very upset about was that BOOKING.COM is falsely advertising rooms that this hotel does not have. I paid Almost $300 for a room that was suppose to have a whirlpool tub or deep tub inside. No room in that hotel had that but on the website that is what is being advertised. This will be my last time booking with BOOKING.COM & I do not recommend this booking site to anyone. That is absolutely unacceptable and that really made my stay less comfortable & enjoyable paying $300 for a basic room. Never again!!! However the hotel & staff was amazing & sadly they told me this has happened multiple times & that I’m not the only individual that had this same problem & they are advising people to complain. Very disappointed.

I didn't eat the breakfast there. I was surprised and appalled at the price for the breakfast there and chose to go somewhere else for good food at a reasonable price.

I could wish that the shower head was a detachable type. At my age and with some physical limitations, a detachable head would be a real benefit. I would like the light in the bathroom to be brighter than it was..

Cleanness

The fight two employees were having in kitchen so loud you could hear it in breakfast area. Also the very expensive breakfast. Not included in room price. $$$$$

We like that there is a restaurant inside. We bring our dog every year and don’t have to go out. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

It was coviently located right off the highway.

It was dated. the rooms showed their age. pool was wickedly over clorinated. gave my daughter a coughing fit and we only got like 20 minutes in it.

It was very nice. The room was large.

The bed was too firm. I have a bad back and was uncomfortable all night. Also, even though it may not be helped, noise from the highway can be heard from the room

Perfect location, everything was super clean and inviting, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this Hilton.

Traveled for my uncle's funeral, in Fredericksburg VA. Stayed in a Hilton Garden hotels before, and this property was centrally located to family homes and the funeral home. Got back to hotel around 7 the evening of the funeral and decided to have a late dinner - thought burgers were the only selection, but saw salmon. Ordered that meal instead of a burger and it was absolutely delicious!!!! Very, very, pleased with everything. Snow was forecasted so checked to see if I could extend, if the weather actually got really bad and I couldn't drive back home on Saturday, as planned, and they added another potential day to my stay. Fortunately, did not need it, but they readily accommodated my request, in case I did.

Billing was not correct. My credit card company rectified the problem. Was only 2.50 but the explanation from the hotel account person did not make sense.
