Breakfast, pool

Ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn't work. Key card on door lock was tricky, sometimes didn't work at all.

Location was great. Parking was convenient. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was as it should be. Front desk staff was polite.

The bed was improperly made. There was a mattress pad used as a blanket and it didn't cover the entire bed. I asked for housekeeping both days and neither was completed. It's not that we were "uncomfortable" it was just weird. The proper bed linens should be used at all times. And when housekeeping is requested, it should be provided as posted in the bathroom.

Suzanne made breakfast a delight every morning. She was attentive to all guests and engaging. My room was clean, with fresh towels daily, though I wasn't expecting that. All staff I encountered were great.

It took quite a bit of time to figure out where and then how to control the thermostat. The pool hours were not conducive to my stay. Would have liked to take a morning swim before going out in the morning.

The breakfast was good, fresh and plentiful! Next stay in Fredericksburg will definitely stay.at this Comfort Suites! A great place to stay at a fair price!There wasnt anything about our stay that we didn't like! The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet!

I booked a double room double Queen size bed when I got there. It was one room with the double beds. I was disappointed because I have brought my Daughter with my wife She is 18, so she wanted her own privacy. I feel that I should get reimbursed, because that's what I booked and then paid for.

The room was ok excellent handicap facilities I. The bathroom. The curtains in the rooms didn’t fully close so we had car headlights in our room all night. Breakfast was okay but the eggs ( little round flat discs) were awful mostly inedible. The waffles were good though. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink.

The personnel during the day was exceptional, not so much during the night shift...

We arrived in the wee hours of the morning because of the winter storm and had to wait for the check-in as no one was at the front desk. A few minutes later, as we needed sheets, no one answered our replies. Drier in the room did not work.

The staff was so courteous and helpful as I had to add another room. The breakfast was very satisfying and the kiddos loved it. The cook was very helpful as well. The location is really close to shopping, and eateries. I definitely would recommend this location.

Nice large comfortable room, very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and clean. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the thruway was a bonus.

I have no negative comments as our stay was great. The only thing I think that would be helpful would to be the exit number from the thruway included in the confirmation info.

The location was great.It was clean.

The water wasn’t hot.I had the water on full hot water but it did not get hot.The pillows are small and weird.Full-size pillows are a must.
