I loved the smooth check in and check out. The gentleman at front desk was absolutely wonderful! I was able to extend check out by an hour. The decor and ambiance are exceptional!

The service was hurried at the restaurant. I understand was NYE! I arrived to restaurant within 15 minutes of it's closing and was ordered to bar instead! I asked and was told kitchen closing Mind u I was hungry and had not eaten dinner. The bar was serving happy hour portions akin to a children's menu. I ordered black garlic burger and fries, although miniature were quite tasty! In the morning I again received harried service! Items were overlooked such as my toast and jam. I had to advise staff twice!!! The eggs were not fully cooked. The coffee tasted hot and fresh. Next time I will try during a non-holiday event....but isn't that the whole point of going out on special occasions and not to feel as though my presence is a bother!!!

The staff was just the best. From our first encounter Shana greeted us and asked us if we were having fun. It's wonderful to have the staff engage so much. The 2 women tending bar - and I'm now forgetting their names - were wonderful and engaging as well. The room, food and drink were all wonderful. We felt so welcome.

Beautifully decorated property with very luxurious and comfortable bedding. Location was amazing short walk to great restaurants and shops

Hotel was relatively empty but we were put right next to other guests and could hear them using facilities and getting ready very early in the morning which woke us up.

Wow - the facilities were so comfortable and clean. Loved having the bar/restaurant right there and the location so perfect for downtown. I was just in town one night to meet up with an old friend to celebrate his birthday so didn't spend much time at hotel - but it was beautiful.

It's a very new hotel, with a lot historical imagery. I told them to work on their info in Booking.com, for example, Booking.com makes it seem like the hotel doesn't have parking but in fact it does.

The only thing I didn't like is they don't have mobile pay.

From the moment we pulled up to Valet parking which was a plus since it was raining. Check-in was very quick and easy. The decor and the colors were breathtaking.

I loved the design. It was not your ordinary hotel decorations.

The room could have used a full sized mirror.

It was very well done, the furnishings were superb. You could tell that a lot of thought went into every detail.
