Staff is very friendly

If an individual make a booking and grant it if there's a room available you have to pay an extra amount to get in before 3 considering whether you have to work or not and that messes up your whole day and work hours. So if room available why not let the person get in instead of waiting. Overall I would recommend 👌

My man was really good about taking care of business people. I wish I could have stayed longer but I got transferred.

He was an upfront guy. It is what it is. It is not by any means the nicest place to stay, but if you have business to do in fredericksburg, and you you need to be in and out every day and you need a reliable place to stay, this is that spot.

We were a bit concerned about some of the negative reviews but we loved that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional making our stay peaceful and welcoming. We especially liked that they are pet friendly! There are lots of restaurants and service stations close by and the proximity to the interstate was perfect. We would highly recommend this inn.

Everything was perfect

This is my 2nd time stay at red roof in Fredericksburg south the first time I was in room 131 this last time I was in 133 they both was amazing rooms no one to bother you house keepers all way make sure you have what you need very nice people I will be coming back this this location I just wish I could stay longer since I'm homeless and live in the woods in a tent and it's been very hot out

There was nothing I didn't like

Staff is courteous and friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Traffic is on a main road and can be a little tricky to get into if you don't know where to turn. None of which is the hotel's fault.

The desk people at night and in the morning were very nice.

Bed way too soft, hard to sleep in. Requested quiet room; neighborhood too loud. In AM, cleaners knocked on door, far earlier than I planned to get up. When I declined service, they went into the room next door, starting and having a loud, rapid "discussion" which didn't stop in the time it took me to get ready and leave.

Clean room places to eat very close

The desk staff wasnt friendly. Was greated like i was a bother checking in . Front desk needs to be friendlier

The beds are so comfortable and the house keeper are nice and gave you what you need ask you every day if you need clean towels

We just stayed one night but compared to another red roof we stayed at it was really nice and clean!

The bed was comfortable and restful, and the shower was refreshing.

The door going into the room had a 2 inch gap at the bottom, not giving the room a good proper seal from the outside elements. And the floors were laminate, not carpeted, which I'm used to carpeting when I'm traveling. I had to tuck the curtain in the door handle so people couldn't peek in through the window, and through to the mirror, and see what was going on inside the room.
