There was fresh coffee and some breakfast items, it was ok

My reservations made through Booking.com was never received by the hotel. We arrived at 1am and we're told Booking.com never submitted our reservation ( it was prepaid and day ahead of time). We had to book directly with the hotel, then next day call Booking.com to request a refund. Will never use Booking.com again, that's just absolutely wrong to tell you your room is confirmed ( two emails were sent confirming our rmpre paid reservations make you pay and not communicate it to the hotel)

Price was very reasonable given the amenities. The location was excellent being very close to an I-95 exit and the ideal distance from New York metropolitan area for my driving capacity. The beds, linens, bathroom and lighting were excellent. Check-out time was a very generous 12 noon!

The hotel is in the midst of updating the rooms and facilities. As a result a significant amount of the parking lot was not available. It was VERY difficult to park when I returned from dinner. I circled for quite awhile before a spot opened up. Although the room's furnishings were not new, they were in decent shape except for the desk chair which was threadbare and had been patched up with tape.

I've had bad experiences lately with hotels but this one was excellent for a good night's sleep and offered a warm breakfast. The staff was polite and professional. Preston, who checked me in was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. He was welcoming, informative, and all around had wonderful vibes. Give that man a bonus or a raise :]! (Every other staff member that i came into contact wtih was also very polite and professional)

Undergoing renovations. Our floor was newly renovated - very nicely done! Great free breakfast. Very nice staff.

The hallways were a bit noisy - especially the maids who had a loud conversation outside our door for about 20 minutes at 8 am. I was awoken by their talking and laughter and after about 15 minutes, had to open the door and ask them to be quiet

The breakfast was always good, the waffles are a must! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and accommodating.

There were paint splatters on the A/C unit, not sure from where, and the property had renovations going on during our stay. It couldn't be helped, and it didn't count against them.

The location was good. The staff was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The room was neat and clean The breakfast was good and very convenient.

The hotel was under renovation so that made some things in the hotel difficult and awkward. The pool and gym were closed. We were only there for one night so it really didn’t effect us too much.

location was great. parked and walked for food, entertainment, etc. Easy access to I-95. Good hot breakfast and verity of other choices. i would stay here again.

Elevator was out of service but I needed to stretch and exercise, so it worked out well

Missed the pool it was down for resurfacing , I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool so was disappointed but will stay again as it was very nice here.

Our room was brand new! Everything was well made and exceeded our expectations! The bed felt just like ours at home. That is the main reason why we always stay at Hampton Inns when we travel south. Staff was very polite and friendly.

The upgraded room features, it was a quiet stay besides the remodel, however I appreciate the facility taking care of the property. The complimentary breakfast was pleasant and my family was happy. We enjoyed our stay.
