I like to the breakfast area and a breakfast bar. It was very nice. The coffee tasted very good, but it was too much of a crowded area right by the receptionist area where people trying to check in and out and look girl on the phone, but I liked it. The area by the TV was very nice and also you’re able to use the computer that area was nice.

I did not like the dogs being not only leeches. I am not a dog lover and dogs coming up to you barking. I did not like that. I did not like where the coffee was placed the coffee bar. It was too close to the receptionist area and you can hear the receptionist people on the phone or talking to other customers. It was just too crowded people checking and Person talking on the phone trying to get coffee. It was just too crowded. I wish I could’ve used a Jacuzzi, but it was broken and the pool was too cold.. The pool had too much chlorine in it.

We travel a few times a year heading north from Florida to visit our family. We have started to stop for the night after 10 hours of driving. We are looking for a room to just sleep and get an early start the next day. We do not need too many amenities, just a clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed. Price is a concern because it's just a stop over. We were very pleasantly surprised by Country Inns large clean and comfortable room for a very reasonable price. Friends doing the same trip this year booked into a hotel that was twice the price with no more amenities than we had. The staff was very friendly and though we did not need it, they welcome pets for a reasonable fee and service dogs stay free. And included Breakfast was a nice variety in a spacious area with comfortable and generous seating. We will look to stay here again in future trips. A+++

We could not find any fault with this hotel. Only problem we had which was not the fault of the hotel is our gps gave us a hard time finding it when it is so easy on off 95 when you know where it is located..

I liked the rooms. Pretty spacious and clean for the most part. Staff was very friendly

I didn't like that I had called the day before and asked if the pool and jacuzzi were open and they said yes. The pool was open but the jacuzzi was not and the bathrooms were locked by the pool which made it very inconvenient for a 5 year old. That and the weed smell on our floor was insane. That's obviously not the staff's fault but if one of them would have walked on the second floor they would have smelt it all the way through and maybe handled it.

Stopped here on our way to Norfolk to catch our Cruise Ship. It was quick and easy access off the interstate. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable after a long drive. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There are restaurants nearby to get a bite to eat but not in the hotel.

Would prefer to have better restaurant choices close by since we thought there was one in the hotel and we had arrived late. They need better handicap parking as well.

The wifi was great! The location was great! Very comfy beds. The fridge got our drinks really cold and we loved the complementary cookies. We also went to Denny's a few times because you get a discount for being a guest and it is actually connected to the hotel which was very convenient! The staff was very friendly, too!!

The breakfast was often very wet from sitting in the warmer with condensation. There were a lot of things not available or out of order (like the waffle machine.) Our room also had residual dog hair on the couch from the last time guest.

Front desk clerk was polite.The breakfast was pretty good. And I was glad my kids enjoy the exercise room and the indoor pool.

I didn't like that I couldn't really change the temperature to heat. And then the space heater didn't blow out heat but it smell like the heat was on. And the rooms could use more sugar and cream. I like my coffee sweet so I had to come down stairs to make a cup of coffee. Also it would be nice that housekeeper would take the trash out on a daily basis just like they change out my towels.

The property was clean, room was clean. I was traveling with 2 small dogs and my elderly mother. Having a working microwave was great. Also, the nightlight in the bathroom was a WIN!

There was a refrigerator but didn’t seem to be cool enough to trust so we had to bring our coolers in from the car. In the fridge i wish they had access to a small freezer to refresh my ice packs. The freezer in the unit was frosted over. Extra blankets in the room would have been great.

Convenience off I95 and pet friendly.

Pet friendly rooms should not have carpet. Also, there was no bathtub. The bathroom had an open shower, that i didn't like more of a ♿️. The elevators were not up to date. The breakfast should have scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, besides corn beef hash. The French toast was not real French toast. Did not seem like it was dipped in eggs, just buttered with sugar sprinkled in it. Also, the breakfast area was too compact where there was not enough room to move around when there were more than 5 people at a time.

It’s not that we didn’t like anything but they just put in new air conditioners under the windows but kept the long drapes that cover the air conditioning at night I used hangers with the clips to keep drapes off air conditioner…… worked great

Great location. Right off rt 95, easy to find. "Vee" checked me in. She was awesome. It was late and She was very friendly and attentive. Loved the coffee/tea/hot chocolate station. The coffee and cookies were fresh. When I had to walk the dog at 4am, she was still there and wished me a good morning. You don't always get customer interactions like that anymore!
