The room was quite nice-it appeared to have been recently updated. The bed was super comfortable, and the climate control was easy to operate and worked well. Everything was clean and fresh, which is not my typical experience with hotels. Very pleased.

I had someone sleeping in the room above me that woke me in the night-this was not the fault of the hotel, but this is why I rarely stay in hotels anymore.

This place was such an amazing find!

We happened to need a hotel on our trip down to Myrtle beach and booked this the price was amazing! Upon check in we were told the room we were staying in no one has stayed in yet they just opened about 4 hours prior I couldn’t believe it. So clean so beautiful this place is. Staff was super friendly and I would 10/10 recommend!

so clean snd rooms well made up. the staff person the night we arrived was very pleasant. the person in the morning less so.

we accidentally brought our little dog to what we thought was a dog friendly hotel. the staff the night before did not notice. the next morning the front desk person was quick to let me know but could have been kinder as it was an honest oversight that was not noticed the night before. our dog is 12 pounds so not a real issue but I did understand her facts. just could have been handled much better as I apologized but that did not seem to matter and we could not change the fact we had stayed overnight

the location. I no longer live in va as of last month but it’s close to my kids. about 10 mins. staff was good when checking in.

there was a smell in the whole room that was disgusting. smelled like mildew of some form. maybe cuz of weather and old carpet possibly. I try not to be difficult but if paying for something and it showed 9 rating. I have to wonder if ratings are true. also I know when I lay on a bed and there is something wrong. I felt I slept with bed bugs. I didn’t see them but was itching and felt bitten. I do have the bites to confirm all night so I went and grab the towels and laid on the bed slept like that. I was fine after that.

The staff was very accomodatingand understanding. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast went to restaurants very close to the hotel. I dint have anymore to say trying to fill up space so I can complete the form

Parking was challenging but so is any other hotel

Location was good. The hotel had just been renovated, so I was very pleased with the new bathroom, the room furniture and the new carpet. Breakfast could have been a little better with a bigger selection.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! I thought it was a fantastic price for what we got. It was very clean, looked nice, had no funky smells, and was decently comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly! The bagel bar in the morning was a perfect touch.

The entire hotel was very neat and clean.

We didn't like the fact that if you wanted to check in at 1 pm. The employee told us we would have to pay $24 to check in early. That's absolutely nuts. We were ready to not stay at all. Not a good policy.

Room was comfortable. Basic amenities included. Breakfast was good with bagels, muffins, yogurt options.

I did have difficulty finding it. Better signage. The Guide on the television for several channels did not match what was playing.

The women who checked us into the room was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Our room had a lot of light from the parking area even with the blinds closed. I like to sleep in a completely dark room, I think we just needed a different room.
