The location was convenient to restaurants a gas stations, and other services. Very good location.

The only element I did not appreciate was the staff member told me (upon arrival) I had booked 4 rooms when I only booked 2 rooms. He said the charges were already on my credit card and I was being charged for 4 rooms instead of 2. I don't know how this occurred as I showed him my receipt with payment. This is one of my first experiences with online booking (without direct link to the hotel). It was difficult to resolve this without a phone line or immediate customer service to rectify the situation.

I feel the hotel was a very good value. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. The Bagel Bar was fine for us. If you are looking for scramble eggs/bacon/sausage, you will b disappointed. There were bagels, mini muffins, yoghurt with toppings, cereal, hard boiled eggs and butter, cream cheese for bagels. It was definitely enough for us!

We stayed twice. In one room, there was only a hassock to sit on on the bed. 2 chairs would be nice. The other time their was the hassock and a chair.

Everything was really nice and clean, from the main entrance to the breakfast area and, of course, both rooms (and all things inside). Special thanks to the very friendly and accommodating gentleman at the reception desk!

The ground-level rooms are very close to the outside parking spots and noisy vehicles can be heard through the walls. Not the hotel's fault, though! There are noisy vehicles everywhere...

The room was quite nice-it appeared to have been recently updated. The bed was super comfortable, and the climate control was easy to operate and worked well. Everything was clean and fresh, which is not my typical experience with hotels. Very pleased.

I had someone sleeping in the room above me that woke me in the night-this was not the fault of the hotel, but this is why I rarely stay in hotels anymore.

We happened to need a hotel on our trip down to Myrtle beach and booked this the price was amazing! Upon check in we were told the room we were staying in no one has stayed in yet they just opened about 4 hours prior I couldn’t believe it. So clean so beautiful this place is. Staff was super friendly and I would 10/10 recommend!

Friendly welcoming staff with clean and spacious rooms. Good location with lots of eateries close by - can recommend the Japanese Hibachi. Appreciated that housekeeping was done only every second day.

Would have liked the shower a couple of degrees hotter.

The staff was very accomodatingand understanding. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast went to restaurants very close to the hotel. I dint have anymore to say trying to fill up space so I can complete the form

Parking was challenging but so is any other hotel

so clean snd rooms well made up. the staff person the night we arrived was very pleasant. the person in the morning less so.

we accidentally brought our little dog to what we thought was a dog friendly hotel. the staff the night before did not notice. the next morning the front desk person was quick to let me know but could have been kinder as it was an honest oversight that was not noticed the night before. our dog is 12 pounds so not a real issue but I did understand her facts. just could have been handled much better as I apologized but that did not seem to matter and we could not change the fact we had stayed overnight

Location was good. The hotel had just been renovated, so I was very pleased with the new bathroom, the room furniture and the new carpet. Breakfast could have been a little better with a bigger selection.

the location. I no longer live in va as of last month but it’s close to my kids. about 10 mins. staff was good when checking in.

there was a smell in the whole room that was disgusting. smelled like mildew of some form. maybe cuz of weather and old carpet possibly. I try not to be difficult but if paying for something and it showed 9 rating. I have to wonder if ratings are true. also I know when I lay on a bed and there is something wrong. I felt I slept with bed bugs. I didn’t see them but was itching and felt bitten. I do have the bites to confirm all night so I went and grab the towels and laid on the bed slept like that. I was fine after that.
