The property is in excellent condition, smells nice and the staff is so friendly. Traveling up and down the east coast makes it a sensible location. The breakfast is a full breakfast not just muffins and coffee. The rooms are the best, everything you need and then some. Full size fridge, couch, desk, kitchen, etc. I like the restaurant options and shopping within walking distance to stretch my legs after a long drive.

The breakfast service person, Connie, was excellent!! The place was packed the morning I went down for breakfast and she just kept moving, filling everything, cleaning up and smiled the entire time. She really could have used a little assistance. Maybe someone to just pull the trash or fill the coffee. She was a doll and a real asset to the hotel. My only other observation was that my pillows were way too squishy, but the bed was comfy.

Pets allowed in every room. For non pet person like myself I would prefer designated pet rooms.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the decor was inviting and calming at the same time. I wish I got her name, but the hotel front desk employee was super informative and helpful. She was incredibly sweet! My son clogged the toilet within an hour of arriving And they very quickly had it resolved. There was plenty of space for my family, the kitchenette was well stocked, and everything was super clean.

My kids and I were excited to go swimming but the pool was very cold! We didn’t last in there for very long before we all chose to head back to the room. That was disappointing.

Property is in pristine condition with very comfortable beds, bedding, towels, etc. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. Excellent value for the cost. Would absolutely stay here again!

There was enough parking but most wasn't convenient to the front entrance. Might be an issue if you have mobility challenges. The kitchenette had everything but a hotplate/stove top which would have been inconvenient if traveling with a family or staying long term.

This was a convenient location for a stopover on our two-day drive; it's located in a mall with many dining and shopping items nearby, so finding a convenient dinner was easy. Their pool is enclosed and looked nice, though we didn't swim while we were there. Because they're suites, the room was outfitted with a small dishwasher, stovetop, and a good-sized fridge. The room wasn't the most spacious ever, but it was well designed and included a tabletop that pulls out from under a fixed desk, and a sliding curtain you could pull between the bed and living areas for a little extra privacy. The complimentary breakfast is hearty and convenient.

Only nitpick is that the mattress was a bit soft for my preference, but that's just personal taste. Building can be a little tricky to find once you pull off the main highway, but a little patience with GPS and we eventually spotted the entrance.

Everything. The kitchen had a nice-sized refrigerator and room to prepare meals. The room layout had a bit of thought in it by including a rollout table/ deck that tucked back in nicely when finished. The room had bright enough lighting for a change. Publix is close too!

The only drawback with the room was no cooktop but rather a hot plate you have to check out from the front desk. It's induction and only comes with a pan which limits what you can make. If I knew this, I could have brought a pot that works with induction.

The room was large and clean. We arrived so late and booked so last minute because of a wreck on I-95 that we were just happy to sleep in a safe and cozy place. We didn't get to use any of the amenities or most of the room.

The bathroom wasn't great but honestly can't remember why at this point. I think it may have had some peeling caulk and the door wouldn't stay open.

We arrived late at night and check-in was fast. The hotel seems new, very clean. The bed was comfortable and the black-out window shade was exceptional! Did not try the breakfast as we had to leave quickly to continue our travels. I would recommend this hotel.

Nothing to report. GPS had a hard time finding the property, but this is not the hotel's fault.

The facility was nice and clean, and it smelled good. Dean was an amazing front desk attendant overnight he did everything in his power to accommodate us. Because our initial reservation Country Inn & Suites on Patriot Dr. Is a dump We arrived at 4:30 a.m. Dean was very understanding.

Nothing everything was amazing

Bed was very comfortable, sheets were so soft! Real ceramic cups for our coffee, lots of room. Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

We could hear kids running around on floor above us. Not unusual for a hotel, just always wondered about lack of sound proofing. Wasn't nearly as bad as some hotels!
