Clean & comfortable beyond expectations. I'm the person who looks for dust & forgotten corners. PERFECT! Having lived & worked in Fredericksburg for 5 years i know the area isn't the safest at night, right off of I95, but we had no problems. I was seriously impressed with our room however the front desk people could be more polite & less snotty. You're working the front desk at a hotel, you're not a super model

Front desk staff could be less snooty & snotty. The young man who checked us in was great but over the next few days the staff wasn't so friendly

We stayed 3 nights, the room and bed were comfortable. At night the room was quiet, didn’t hear outside noise or noise from adjacent rooms. The lobby area was lovely, we spent an evening by the fireplace visiting. There were 2 nice televisions in the lobby and breakfast areas that we used during the day and evening. We used the pool, the water was warm and there was plenty of seating also plenty of towels. We walked across the street to the mall area and ate several meals there. Will stay there again when we visit family in Fredericksburg.

Tevin! He was absolutely wonderful. Whenever we needed information or assistance, he did it with a smile and was very helpful. He really made our stay enjoyable. His customer service was top notch and the best I had experienced in a long time. Kudos to him and whoever trained him.

My companion stated that there was dog hair in our room. He complained that the hair was on his clothes and he would have rather stayed at a hotel that did not allow pets.

Front desk staff were amazing, I don’t recall his name. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The room was nice and clean and bed very comfortable.

When you swiveled the tv from the bed to “living room” area it occasionally popped and lost connection. But wasn’t any issue I felt needed to call the front desk about because it didn’t stop working

Although desk agent offered to provide room that was less noisy due to location of Interstate and nonstop traffic, it was quite loud. Roadway was maybe 40 yards from room looking out window. Will need to remember should we stay there again.

Breakfast service ended too early. We were there on a Friday and would have liked the buffet open until 10:00 (not 9:00).

Loved the 2 bedroom suite even though it was too expensive and the dog fee was too high and the temperature in the pool wasn't warm enough.

Nice Stop here, however there was an issue with the payment from Booking.com. They did not have the info, so I had to use my credit card, even after I paid through Booking.com. I believe I have been Double charged and am trying to resolve.

Staff were excellent, and room was very clean and spacious.

Not the fault of the hotel, but elevators were not working. However, they did have elevator maintenace crews working through the weekend to try and fix them.

I missed the breakfast but the employees were so helpful. While I was getting a cup of coffee, a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a banana showed up at my side. So very much appreciated. The room was spacious and awesome.

Room on road side a little noisy (trucks). This overshadowed by easy in and out. So no complaints. Next time I will request room on other side of building
