The host at check-in was extremely helpful and pleasant! She was nice enough to bring Halloween candy out for our son. The room was better than our expectations! We checked out early in the morning, and the host was, again, beyond pleasant! Everything was clean, from the facilities to our towels. This was a fantastic choice to stay for a night passing through! We will certainly be staying here again!

We found the properly SPOTLESS. I understand you recently performed a major upgrade to the property and everything was perfect! I wish to especially compliment Anastacia (sp?)! She greeted us with the greatest of courtesy, professionalism and respect. I observed her interactions with all who entered the property and always a "Welcome!" or "Welcome back, how was your day?" I have been self-employed in multiple technology businesses over 40+ years and can say with authority she exemplifies the best of the best of customer service. Thank you!

Breakfast was ok Staff was greatly

TV didn't work. Was already settled in to much inconvenience to repack and relocate to another room. No attempt at compensation for not having it. Had to use computer as our TV Room should be pre checked to make sure everything is ok.

We enjoyed our stay the only issue was the pool. No towels accessible and no staff on hand to assist in the pool area. But over all it was great the staff was wonderful check in and out was easy and our rooms was amazing

Location was good and property was clean

We lost power during the night for 1 1/2 hours and there were no backup lights or air in the room. It was also never mentioned or apologized for at checkout. The bed’s fitted sheet did not fit the bed and kept coming off during the night.

Amazing and so convenient for our trip. DC & airport was about 50 min away. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly ❤️ washing machines were very helpful also.

The staff were very helpful and personable. Breakfast was very plentiful and had so many options. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower curtain was too short for the shower and the water got all over the floor. Also, we had 4 registered guests and only got 3 towels.

Room was clean and had refrigerator and microwave. The front staff, Carl was very kindly when needed help.

There were only one ice machine on first floor

The breakfast was limited. The basics were there and were of decent quality. More choice of fresh and hot items would be welcome.

The air conditioning in the room was either very cold or not cold enough.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this hotel.

The “powdered” eggs for breakfast. Other than that the breakfast was good.
