Super clean facility and very nice room One caveat to that would be the couch seats in the breakfast area. They had what appeared to be powdered sugar or some other food smeared on them. Since we were at breakfast at 6:00 am, I know that it had to be there from the day before. Not a big deal, just surprised no one took a sponge to it.

Being gluten free, I was unable to try any of the bread goods or other similar offerings. The scrambled eggs were terrible as were the sausage patties. I did appreciate the fact that there was breakfast offered for free. My wife enjoyed hers and it allowed us to get on the road early.

The whole hotel smelled fresh and looked clean. The furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion… were in big bottles, not little samples. Plenty of blankets, coffee, towels, toilet paper, cups. The water pressure was strong and the temperature stayed warm. The air conditioner/heater worked properly. The breakfast was delicious… crispy bacon, perfectly scrambled eggs, fresh pastries… the food and drinks were constantly being stocked and replenished… very organized. Nice warm fireplace near the big screen TV in the dining room.

That billboard outside is ugly… but it didn’t affect us at all. We will stay there again.

The staff and the rooms were exceptional! Staff was very helpful. The rooms were very well designed and comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of room around the sink to store toiletries. The shower was awesome! Plenty of room and great water pressure!

The breakfast buffet is nice, but I cannot enjoy powdered eggs. Unfortunately, that's what I enjoy in the morning. I wish they had omelets made of eggs instead. Otherwise, the selections were okay for other foods.

Unfortunately, we could only stay one night. The breakfast layout was nicely done and the selections were varied and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located for travel. The staff pleasantly offered advice for shopping in the area. The beverage station in the lobby was an excellent bonus. Hot coffee to go on our way out!

Can't think of anything that could have been better.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, storage was very good (including the hidden fridge), and it was very quiet. I had some writing to do, so the desk was perfect. The Wi-Fi was hard to figure out at first, but the staff helped me figure it out.

The pillows had no substance and flattened immediately. But somehow two pillows put too much strain on my neck. There was also some rust on the bathroom door. Everything else was perfect!

I booked room on booking .com Called immediately after I made reservations. Wrong room. When we arrived I immediately call from seat saying I did not want to stay in handicapped room and the AC was extremely loud and broke. The fan was beyond loud. Needless to say they said they could not change my room and I got no sleep . Should have stayed next door at garden Hilton .

The location is great ! Right in the heart of a large shopping area, about 73 restaurants . The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast room is nice & the food is a good value. The staff is kind & very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. My first stay here was so enjoyable that I canceled reservations at another hotel & booked a return stay !!!

When we checkin I mentioned to the desk clerk that there were a lot of workers stay there and would they be up very early. So he gave us a quiet room on the top floor. Nice touch with the free water. Breakfast was good.. sausage and biscuits!

Fire alarm went off at 10pm . We were already in bed . Very disruptive.. we called the front desk .. they had no idea what was happening! Finally , floor mates said it was a false alarm!

It is in a great spot! The breakfast was awesome (and free) and the staff were so nice and helpful. It’s in a great location with lots surrounding it and is only 10 minutes from the downtown area. We would stay here again for sure!

Breakfast was very good

They did not know how to check me in with Booking.com. I was given a total charge when I reserved through you. When I got to property they charged additional and added an additional pet fee. Next day to check out, they said nothing went through and I had to give them another charge card. Wasted at least two hours on check in and check out.
