Breakfast was definitely a winner! There were options for my 2 kids, who are finicky eaters. Location was central to the activities we had planned. The room size was ample for 5 dwellers and the Staff were tremendous in meeting all our needs.

When asked about the Starbucks- Cappuccino - One evening female staff (on Friday evening) gave me the direction where I could find a Starbucks nearby. Starbucks is being sold at the bar of this hotel, on the very next side of the Check in area. The next day, I was able to get my Starbucks at the same desk, with a much more capable individual.

The continental breakfast was fantastic. The rooms was great.

There was some dogs barking on my floor a lot. And I ran into several dogs in my path on my morning travels through the hotel. I stayed clear of any contact of the animals and their owners. Also I had issues with my TV remote not changing the channels, but went and got new batteries the next morning and that didn’t work but Sean came and got us on track with that as well. After that all was well. Thanks

Modern surroundings, recently renovated room, clean, comfortable and spacious room. There were HBO channels on the good sized TV. Sufficient storage and a nice living area. The breakfast was good and the front desk was very efficient and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable.

While we were told it was recently renovated, the sink handle, was very loose though functional. We could hear voices in the hall very clearly. Thankfully there were not a lot of people passing by our room. It was otherwise really nice and quiet.

I like how spacious the facility was . Even if there was more people you wouldn’t feel crowded. I enjoyed how my room had a balcony.

I didn’t like how front desk staff in the evening when I called to see about milk wasn’t able to come up with something, besides there is the market next store. If I was in that position I would have got some; as you have it for breakfast and maybe charged for a juice. People normally don’t mind paying for connivence specifically later at night with two little kids. Would also be nice if you have those large kitchens in the room to provide a few plates, utensils and some cups.

The breakfast was ok…but there is nothing like having the food served hot. The pillows were minimal, uncomfortable and not very conducive to a good night’s sleep. And who thought of sliding glass doors to the bathroom? They wake people up every time you open and close it. I did like the three full pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, that was a plus. and adding a safe would definitely be a plus.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very good breakfast bar included with our room. Room was relatively spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent, easy drive to historic riverfront and other local attractions.

There is no onsite restaurant as implied by the hotel website and on Booking.com. Some of the furnishings were worn - closet door did not close, and sofa had rips in the fabric.

I'm a daily swimmer, and the pool was a major reasons we chose the Hyatt. (Also, we simply like Hyatt hotels. This one was no exception). I was informed electronically that water temperature in the pool was 85 degrees, but when I went to the pool the afternoon we arrived, the facility was locked. I had to ask someone at reception to unlock, and the fellow in charge of maintaining the pool apparently turned up the temperature in the water, which was no higher than 82 degrees. Br-r-r-! I froze for c. 40 minutes, when the water began to warm. Next morning, temperature was good. Always, there should be a clock in the room with the pool, and there was none. Finally, the bottle room with shower soap was empty, and the clock was incorrectly set. Instructions were not clear re how to set, and the domestic helper also could not help re that. Otherwise, all was fine.

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Handy gym and pool.

Breakfast choices limited if you are staying for a week. Outside area not particularly clean and tidy. Blinds didn't block out the light from windows. Toilet didn't always flush properly.

I liked the personable greeting we got at checkin,, we loved the breakfast so the girl that is cooking and cleaning on weekends she was so pleasant and refreshing. They made us feel like an extension from home. Will look to stay at Hyatt going forwards.

The hotel was in a nicer area and the bed was comfortable and it was dog friendly but with a cleaning fee non refundable regardless of no mess the staff was nice and breakfast was phenomenal

Dog fees regardless dog didn’t make a mess or shed. The intake lady could have a little more compassion we were traveling for 5 days and tired and she didn’t care
