Our room was exceptionally clean, as well as all common areas. Very comfy mattress. Kitchenette was nice with a very good variety of dishes, pans, & utensils. We chose this place for the wonderful reviews about the free breakfast, and that was a wise decision! The breakfast was amazing. The hot items were different every morning and the girls worked their butts off keeping every hot and cold item plentiful and the area clean. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Also, our room was really QUIET! Zero noise from the room above us or on either side. There’s a convenience store a few hundred feet away for anything you might need not provided by the hotel. This is definitely our ‘permanent’ hotel when we come to visit my sister.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot. There’s an open “garage” off the main lot with about 12 spaces, but if other cars aren’t considerate and careful to stay between the lines, it’s hard to park. Next time we’re getting a smaller rental car! There’s a security guard roving the lot regularly all night, so that gave us nice Peace of Mind.

The check-in process was the best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. The woman who helped me was an absolute gem—so friendly, informative, and easy to talk to. She made everything smooth and effortless, and her beautiful smile was the perfect welcome! The breakfast was very impressive and appreciated and coffee seem to be available at all times! Very organized, well stocked, lots of variety and pretty decent. The dining area felt a bit small for the number of people there, but it seemed to be extra busy since a young soccer team was also staying. Overall great hotel!

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and there was no silverware provided. The chair next to the bed had some stains on the arms, and there was a splash marks on the back of the bathroom door, likely from mopping. There was no light at the table. That said, the room was overall great, and I honestly wouldn’t have mentioned these minor things if I hadn’t been asked.

Everything was great, from check in to check out. The room was so great, I was worried due to the great price but was really surprised how great it was. The pool was great and so was breakfast.

The larger surrounding area seemed to have a drug addicted homeless community similar to that of larger cities( hotel had security on site). However, the location was perfect regarding how close to I5 it is and all of the restaurants and services with in walking distance. There was nothing the Hotel could have done to make this stay better, and it was fantastic.

Love the staff at the check in. We were a bit early but nothing was a problem. Great friend welcome . Staff at front desk always ready for a chat . We do hope the duck that hangs around the front gets reunited with his mate who got injured and had to go to the animal services . The staff have been looking after the other one until its mate returns . Warm hearted felt story . Great story for the hotel . Especially since the hotel is aviation themed . We were guests that purpose for travel was to see the booting factory.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked all that was available in the kitchenette. The shampoo/conditioner and bars of soap smelled great and worked really nice. My hair was so soft afterward.

The pool was very chilly, which they had a sign apologizing for, at the front desk. Had it just been my husband and I without our baby, it wouldn't have been a problem. Pools are our favorite part about staying in a hotel, and it being too cold for our 1 year old was disappointing.

Hotel was great, over night security parking was free and there was garage breakfast was good everyday and i had kitchen living room spa tub it was like an apartment and free laundry for guest just bring your own soap but you can buy at the front desk for very reasonable price 1.00 a load soap but washer dryer was free gym was nice and pool hot tub in doors as well

Alot of homeless (alot) were always coming through and asking for money, drugs or tobacco products. About 8.times.a.day But if you reported it to the front desk or to security , they would remove them from the property quietly

It was great having Kitchen facilities in our room. Breakfast was always good! The staff was very accommodating with any requests! It was a great place to stay, had charging station for our EV. Rooms were very nice.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Had to take tylenol at night in order to sleep; husband woke up each day with terrible back ache. I had to ask the front desk to have folks smoke somewhere else besides the front door area. There was no way to enter without walking through cigarette smoke. Very hard on my breathing. They did, but the same people continued to go out and stand 10' from the entrance.

Good location for our purpose, easy parking, attractive building. The breakfast buffet was adequate for what we needed and a great variety. The accommodations were clean and the staff were friendly.

The only restaurants close by were fast food places. We asked for recommendations and drove to those locations that did full service. Also, the bathroom could use a towel bar or more hooks to hang items on. There was only one hook on the wall.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the best part! The accommodated the needs of my elderly father and I notice the staff who prepared the breakfast area were also willing to help the other elderly customers when they had questions :)

There was nothing I didn’t like. This hotel had a great interior setup! And even as a hotel that accepts pets, everything was cleaned thoroughly!

Spacious room with large and comfy bed. There is a compact pantry with fridge, microwave, stove &cooking utensil as well as coffee machine in room. The hotel offer free coffee and tea (self service) 24 hours. Attach to hotel entrance, there is gas station with minimart inside. The shop provide various kind of drink, snack, ice cream, also some frozen and instant food until 2:00 am. On the other side of highway, there are also have many shops (including 7/11) and restaurants. If you have a plan to visit “Boeing Future of Flight”, you may get the by Uber with in 10 mins. Lastly, staffs are friendly and helpful
