Great area for visiting Seattle sites, but not staying overnight in the busyness of the big city. Close to Woodland Park Zoo.

Bathroom containers said Dove products, so I used them as Dove is a trusted brand for my sensitive skin. They were definitely just cheap hotel soaps put into the Dove containers that were attached to the shower walls. They didn't smell, feel or work like Dove products. Clock in the room was off by almost a half hour, so we were late getting to the pool before it closed. Breakfast was not fulfilling, and we were disappointed as we pay a lil extra for hotels that have breakfast included. The eggs, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, biscuits and gravy were all out at 8:30am.

I really liked the location of the hotel and that my room was right by the elevator. It was nice that breakfast was offered also.

Although I did wait to say something to the staff and should of said something sooner. I was disappointed that the remote barely worked. I’m not sure if the batteries needed to be replaced or what. Some buttons worked and only if I stood in a certain place. It was frustrating and late at night so that’s why I didn’t want to complain to the staff. I also wasn’t a fan of the bed, it seemed very worn out. It was uncomfortable. It would of been nice if the front desk lady offered some kind of offer for the remote issue.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations. The facilities were very clean. There was a lot of options for dining out in the area and was very close to public transport.

I was a little frustrated that there weren’t enough towels in the room for the amount of people staying in the room. I think that there should be enough towels in the room for the expected occupancy of the room. The front desk did give us more towels when requested, but it would be nice to not have to ask. It would also be nice to have more table space.

Everything but the chair in the room (See next question). This was the nicest La Quinta we've ever stayed in. We'll be back when we come back to Lynwood, WA to visit our son.

To be very honest, the chair for sitting (not the desk chair) was the worst I've ever sat in. It was very hard. Of poor design. Not comfortable at all. The desk chair was more comfortable! Plus, there should be 2 chairs so couples can sit and enjoy a movie or tv program, especially for older adults. The discomfort makes me want to consider the Courtyard by Marriot right next door.

Location to train, lots of places to go to around there. Clean, affordable

It was frustrating that checkin is 3pm and not a minute earlier despite room being ready. While we just decided to shop till 3 and not come early, my father went to see if his room was available 40 min prior to 3 and they were going to charge him $25 till he said he is recovering from cancer and they allowed him to his room so he can rest after a long trip. Which clearly meant room was ready the whole time! It was also frustrating that breakfast is only served till 9. That was a huge disappointment. Most are 10 that I’ve stayed at.

Fridge was not great. It was a dorm fridge so freezer not helpful. Elevators were so small. Breakfast of eggs and sausage would run out both days but staff was working hard to fill and keep up. I overheard staff say it was 98 percent capacity and it definitely seemed like it with how many people were at breakfast. Seems like you need a better system to keep up.

The location is next to the rail. Right off the freeway. 30 minutes north of Seattle. Typical breakfast. Biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, coffee, etc. The beds were ok. One of ours was kinda squeaky. So maybe some beds need an upgrade. Shower pressure and toilet pressure are great. Showers run super warm which is nice. Overall an 8/10.

Although the room was generally clean. I feel like they could have been a little cleaner. Some walls were visibly dirty, and the floors felt like there was "sand" in some some spots. I had to reach behind the center nightstand because something dropped, and there were tons of dust bunnies and some garbage that got overlooked. It's just a lack of paying attention to details and being a little more thorough. It wasn't awful, but it could have used a better once over. I'd give the cleanliness about a 6/10.

Great location for connection to I-5 and Soundlink station nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast - both hot and cold options. Has washer/dryer, especially convenient for people like me who stayed for 2 weeks.

Would like to see less plastic. Other hotels install shampoo and bodywash dispensers that are refilled rather than using tiny plastic tubes of body wash and shampoo. Would like the option of green tea tea bags instead of just the Lipton black tea bags.

Great price! We felt safe here and didn’t struggle to find parking. We didn’t have to pay to park. There is construction going on in the area, but we didn’t hear any of it. They had directv channels and the staff were nice. Good breakfast! Would definitely come back for the price we paid!

The room wasn’t 100% clean. The mattresses seem old because when we would sit on the bed it would sink in and if you are sleeping too close to the side you could fall so we slept in the middle of the bed. You can hear your neighbors if they are being loud. Yes not everything was perfect, but for the price you pay its a good stay!
