1. Rooms were quite big with all facilities; cleaners take care of the room every day; there is a microwave and sink; we were lucky to get sea view with balcony; 2. The hotel is big enough; the pool is good, there is a pool until sea; bar next to the beach; 3. Kids play area, outside and inside; 4. Foam party every Friday; 5. Wheelchair and trolley tracks; 6. Great location. There is a night market next to the hotel with a variety of restaurants and SPA saloons; 7. Supermarket just in front of the hotel;

1. Pools weren't cleaned regularly, especially kids' pool; 2. Always big queue to get coffee in the breakfast restaurant. They have only 1 coffee machine, and it breaks down all the time; 3. The kids' play area is too small;

This hotel has definitely some problem with their room cleaning service. Some days they will replace the soap, shower gel, shampoos etc. But some they don’t do even there is no shower gel left in the bathroom. Also room cleaning ladies come at very different times everyday. Some days they come at 8 am and some days they come at 4 pm. There is no standard cleaning time and you can’t really guess when they will clean your room.

1. The pillows were stinky (not the cover) 2. See through bathroom need more opaque blind. Current blind has too much light spill, disturbing the sleeping partner. 3. Toilet exhaust doesn't work 4. The corridor needs to be cooler 5. The corridor smells like the toilet at times.

-> Wonderful place to stay. All tidy and clean, the Two-Bedroom Executive Suite with Two Queen Beds is perfect for families as it is as space with 2 rooms. -> The location is great, 5min walk to the night market where you have restaurants, spas and street stalls, street merchants as well as a local supermarket with all the stuff you may need like diapers, milk, cookies, drinks, fruit, etc. -> The shuttle BUS from/to airport is super convenient, but if you can't take it, no worries, just use Grab app - it's cheap and the cars/drivers are tidy and safe. -> Huge swimming pools with fun toys & gadgets to play -> Food at the ESSENCE RESTAURANT is superb and has an extensive menu with local and international food

-> We missed the airport shuttle provided by the hotel. The instructions sent via Booking.com mentioned that the pickup location was at 'Domestic Arrivals,' while we arrived at 'International Arrivals,' which is the case for most travelers. Unfortunately, the mention of 'Domestic Arrivals' was buried in a lengthy paragraph of text, making it easy to overlook. Despite all, the hotel did not follow up or attempt to assist us further—such as calling us or coming down one floor to help with the pickup. This lack of proactive communication left me feeling unsupported and demonstrated careless service in this situation.

The SPA, private beach, beach bar, beach strip to ride the hotel’s rental bicycle, are great for the start of my trip to ease my wired brain from chaos to relaxation mode. The spa is expensive in comparison to local spas, but for the quality of the cleanliness and comfort of hotel and the experience, the hotel spa is excellent. Also, since the hotel is in a resort area, there is a market with lots f local massage/ souvenir/ food stall businesses for alternate spending than at the hotel.

It was very resort style, so expect families and couples ambiance. Also, very commercial and not much character. I also didn’t like that I had to pay for the rental bicycle. A deposit makes more sense than to make your guest paying for it. Even though it was a tiny cost, this would make the experience more premium. Also, no mosquito coils anywhere at night is a bit annoying in the hobby and restaurant area.

Its a beautiful beachfront property and we really liked our stay. Big pool area for kids and lot of activities kept us entertained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in was not pleasant as we had to wait for few hours in the lobby and they do not have air conditioner. When I asked the receptionist, she showed us way to gym but obviously we can't rest in gym which made us upset. Later on the manager apologized but otherwise it was ok

Stayed in deluxe villa. The privacy was great. All rooms had complete block out curtains, and a super king size bed, so lots of sleeping in. Buffet breakfast is the most well stacked and presented spread I have ever seen. The venue itself has more than enough to keep a family entertained, while relaxing in pure paradise. 👌

For some reason there were no dishes, pots or pans. So no in room cooking. Also no washing machine, there is a dry cleaning service but it's pretty expensive. The shop accross the road however washes your clothes for about 3AUD per load.

The room was clean, and the resort (pool) spa, breakfast were fantastic. The area is opposite a night market with lots of spas - but there isn’t a lot around to spend money on (apart from overpriced food).

The shower had mold on the curtain and you could see into the bathroom from the bed so with the mold-stained curtains down you couldn’t hide if you were pooping 😒. The staff were not as friendly or available as they were in other hotels we’ve stayed in, if they ran out of tea at breakfast you needed to track down staff to sort it out. But there were s lot of people at the resort generally.

Unlimited drinking water is provided in 500ml bottles and the amount of plastic adds up pretty quickly. They should offer water in 1.5lt bottles to minimise the amount of plastic. We had a room with twin single beds and they claim that it can accommodate 2 adults and 2kids up to 6 yrs old. While it was cheaper booking just the one room, we found that sleeping in a single bed with a kid is not the most comfortable. I guess the alternative would be to book adjoining rooms and pay more or for the rooms with twins to have slightly bigger beds like king singles. Families with kids should assess cost vs comfort if they find themselves in a similar situation as us.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations, starting from its fantastic location right across the street from some of the best dining spots where you can enjoy deliciously prepared lobsters, crabs, and other seafood delights. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise with its excellent beach featuring an easy entry and clean sands. The sea was exceptionally calm and warm during our stay, making it a perfect setting for relaxation. The hotel's grounds are stunning, complemented by a beautiful, lengthy pool that adds to the serene ambiance. The staff's professionalism and respectfulness were notable from the moment we arrived; the reception team was outstanding, addressing all our inquiries promptly and efficiently. Breakfast options were delectable and generously replenished, ensuring that late risers like us never missed out on the variety of fruits and other foods available. Having convenient stores nearby was a plus, making it easy to grab necessities for our room. I must highlight the breathtaking sea view from our poolside room, which was an absolute delight. The hotel also offers a hassle-free airport shuttle service, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. I am already looking forward to returning to this hotel. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. This place is highly recommended for those seeking a blend of relaxation, exceptional service, and access to tasty dining options.
