The staff was amazing very polite

Pork every day especially for breakfast I don't eat pork so breakfast was a good food time for me I'm been there for 5 whole days and everyday breakfast menu is the same, egg, pork meat kind only

The entertainment staff was incredible. Really enjoyed them. Pool was super clean and it was not busy there at all. Lots of chairs. The ground staff keeps Torquesa beautiful. Peggy at the front desk was our first greet to the resort and he was very welcoming and friendly. We have been to 4 Bahia Properties ( 6 trips in total ) in 3 different countries and they give the same level of service which is what we come to expect and enjoy!

I did not like that people brought their own speakers down to the pool to overpower the music of the entertainment team. I think they should not be allowed at the pool AT ALL. We go to the Caribbean to listen to that music.. not top 40 from the USA. ... our door did not lock. The maid knew all about it. Said we needed to slam the door really hard and it would lock. Nope. No Bueno. So unknowingly, our door never needed a key card to get in. We figured this out on day 3. We told the front desk 2 times and they did not send anyone to fix it. I reminded them at checkout that this needed to be fixed.

I loved the buffet and the restaurants were amazing. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Loved the adjoining rooms. It worked for our entire group.

The Turquesa rooms were a bit outdated. The entire space needs to be updated especially the room lighting. The bathroom tub/shower height were too high to get in and out especially if someone has knee or leg issues.

Property is well kept for it's age hopefully they can update things like lightning in the room and open spaces, new places around the beach are very good, food is almost the same but is tasty! Staff is helpulf and kind.

I could not access the other grand's (bavaro and punta cana) buffet's restaurants, if you're having and specific brand of alcohol and the bar where you are runs out of it, you will not get that until the next day or if you move to another bar that has it(and doesn't run out of it too).

Access to the beach was ridiculous was told it was private or they wouldn’t give you towels had to bring from hotel but didn’t tell you that until you got to the beach. Lotsss of mosquitoes in the room for bit every night in my sleep

Staff was very helpful and nice. Since I get there Luis from reception was amazing very polite people. Cleaning ladies were sure everything was ok.

The property was well kept you always saw grounds keepers keeping up the landscaping. Housekeeping did an amazing job and everyone was very kind and always smiling. The front desk addressed our every need and the bell boys were exceptionally great.

We attended an All white party which didn’t have a bathroom close by which made it difficult to have drinks and worry about the bathroom.

Outstanding visit. My 3rd visit and I always have a great time. Staff was Outstanding especially front desk personnel Lisa. It was my girlfriends ist visit ant and she love our stay. We will definitely return. Hopefully before the holiday's please accept and extend my my sincerest thank to your staff. Thank you Luis Soto

The swim up bar and pool were exceptional. Also thought the entire staff, especially the entertainment crew, were outstanding! Very convenient to have the shuttle rides throughout the resort which makes it easier for everyone.

Thought the mattresses could be a little more comfortable.
