This place is amazing! If I was selfish I wouldn't write this review because I know that the more people visit the prices are going to go sky high! 😁 This place is really good for all ages. SO MANY RESTAURANTS AND BARS. No exaggeration, by the time you walk out your room between 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes away from each other. The staff is amazing. I didn't go around collecting names because everyone is equally so friendly...but thank you Johnfreisy and others from Mr. & Mrs. Paul, the couple who you all thought were from France because of our last name. We stayed in the amazing SunClub, adults only with pool access where the rooms were updated!

I know you all just opened but I paid extra for the pool access, 1st floor while others on the other floors paid for the pool view. You all sure made sure that those sun beds in front of each room goes to us by giving wristbands. Some people would come from other areas and rooms, one couple slept out their. So the beds would be claimed with their towel by 7:00 a.m. My husband almost got into a fight because we went in to change into our bathing suits and a group of 4 men with 2 women put their belongings on top of our things and kept cursing and yelling at me saying YOU AMERICANS don't own anything. Well the end of the story, THEY MOVED THEIR STUFF

Great staff I can't remember all names but Esmeralda, Pedro, Jose, Yonaida, abril, Jose, Ana, Glayvin, Sandra, Chocolate, Aderson, Diana and others were all great customer service. The food, drinks, operational facility, beach and ocean view, bars, snacks, pools, disco, night shows, etc, they were all great. Great place for a vacation.

I love the people,the staff are so friendly & always willing to help.the resort itself was spectacular & this is my 2nd trip to Punta Cana & at Sunscape Coco,i was there in Feb of this year 2024 for my b-day with my sister & friends & because i enjoyed myself & loved Sunscape Coco so much i had to come back with my boyfriend this time to celebrate his b-day. They even set up a romantic dinner on the beach for us. 😍 I am definitely planning on coming back to Sunscape Coco again but with my daughter to celebrate her graduation from High School. Everytime i come to Dominican Republic i'm gonna always want to stay at Sunscape Coco. The resort has the adult side called The Sun Club which is where my boyfriend & i stayed & the family side is still on the same property just on the other side of the resort which you are free to utalize both sides. I definitely recommend coming to Sunscape Coco.

I love how friendly everyone was and the food was great most of the time, my favorite restaurant was Chopsticks for sure a 10/10 compared to some other food locations. The drinks were also great and "the drink of the day" was really a fun way to try different drinks. The live entertainment at night was great as well, so if you have kids or want to take a family vacation it has a lot of things to do for kids and adults all day. The location is great for excursion pickups.

I didn't like that some of the food places closed early and the pool closes at 9pm maybe due to the shows at night but its good to note. I also felt my room wasn't as cool as the thermostat said but overall a really nice resort.

I loved our swim our suite. It was super spacious, super clean, great AC. It has a spacious shower and a tub, which was nice to relax in. I love the food, the room service was amazing; and the room service team was super friendly and attentive. Julio, one of our room server, was super attentive an amazing job. The food was 10/10. The buffet had many different options including some for vegans. The drinks were so good. The bars were great, bar tenders always ready to serve you. Both Joses at the sports bar and Lobby bar super friendly and always attentive. Sergio the bar tender at the pool was friendly and super funny; always a blast. The club was so nice and had a great DJ. The pools were so clean and great temperature. Our swim out pool was great, clean and a nice pool to relax in. The resort had a kids pool and kids water slides which are great for the kids.

the property is beautiful, the beach is very close which was important to me. the food was great, staff was extremely friendly and mostly spoke english for those who don’t.

the beach is a place meant to relax and it’s hard to do that when you’re being bothered to buy an excursion or whatever else people were selling, that was the only con but as long as you stay stern and say no thank you they’ll leave you be

Couple of glitches with lights/switches in room. And shower could have done with rubber strip at bottom of door to stop water leaking. But I would go back to this resort without hesitation

I can’t even brag enough about from the time we stepped out of the vehicle until they loaded us back up! I was overwhelmed with hospitality, smiles, people that love their job. The facilities were immaculate! It was my birthday and our Personal Concierge, Manual, went over and beyond my expectations for that day and they showered me with love and a romantic dinner on the beach, they decorated my room door, it was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced!

very good food and location with an amazing beachfront and different pools

rooms smelt like mold and extremely cold rooms, one staff in particular working in the adults only bar was quiet rude wasnt very nice to my daughter snd would give her dirty looks when speaking to her or just walking by

the facilities were great, the beach was wonderful, the location was excellent and the price was really reasonable.

the food could have been better but in my experience this is always the case at an all inclusive. in particular, it was tricky being a vegetarian at times but I’d still return.
