All of the staff were friendly and professional. Jerry, the entertainment staff was our favorite. He was great! The check in process was easy.

No top shelf liquor was included, you had to pay for it. We arrived on Friday, and were able to only reserve one of the speciality restaurants for Sunday night because they were booked up on app.

Greeted me and my fiancé with a drink first day. It was clean, comfortable and just a beautiful resort. Kelli; the butler is wonderful. She took care most of the reservations and etc.

Our room had a weird smell. They corrected it after it being mentioned but it came back shortly after the next day. We didn’t make a big deal about it though because it wasn’t a big deal. The mosquitos are out of control but that’s not the resorts fault. They tried to get us to sign up for a timeshare. We said no in many different ways but they were very adamant with trying to get us to sign up; taking about 4 hrs out of our day that we had intially planned to be on the beach and relax. We were abit annoyed by that, but the gift you receive from that is a good welcome. Could be and should be more activities/ food selections on the adults only side. The kids/family side which we had access to have more things on that side which I thought was weird. But overall beautiful place and staff!

The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

There aren't enough shared bathroom facilities in the communal areas. We were told to go all the way to reception to use the toilet when we were in the restaurants. The pool restrooms were not always very clean but the reception ones were good.

Amazing customer service, all staff members crated to your every needs ans some. Even though our time was only a week, the cleanliness, food and sdkect restaurants all great.my family and I will be going again.

WARNING TO EVERYONE. AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE THEY WILL ASK YOU TO HS E A "SIT DOWN". PLEASE DONT DO IT ITS FOR WHAT THEY CALL " MEMEBERSHIP" AKA TIMESHARE. JUST SAY NO AND GO ABOUT YOUR VISIT. WE GOT TRICKED JNTO DOING IT AND THEY WILL TELL YOU 15-60 MINS. TURNOUT TO BE 2 HOURS OF NONSENSE AND WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER UNTIM I GOT STERN. AGAIN SKIP ANY SIT DOWNS UNLESS UPUR LOOKING FOR A TKMESHARE.

It needs more entertainment in some hours.

The hotel was opened in Oct’23 so everything is new and very clean. Attentive staff and good service. Great value for money.

The beach has a lot of seaweed, something that’s a problem in Punta Cana, but the hotel staff cleaned the beach daily to keep it to a minimum.

This hotel is beautiful, I love the way it looks and it’s so peaceful

They are very strict about being on time for dinner reservations even when it’s kinda empty in the restaurant, we were 20 minutes late and had to eat at the buffet for dinner which isn’t that good like the restaurants

Property was clean and beach was nice. Offered entertainment and had a variety of pools and restaurants to choose from. Not every bar was great but found a few that were and sort of stuck to those!

There were SEVERAL restaurants we wanted to try but couldn’t due to needing a reservation (EVEN WHEN IT WAS EMPTY), the best entertainment shows were offered on the family side wish more variety shows would have been offered on the adult side (it was all the same, singing and dancing whereas the family side had so much more of a variety). They would not allow you to bring food out to take to the beach and only 1 “food truck” that only had burgers on the beach. Would have loved to be able to order food in the beach or at least grab food from one of the restaurants and bring it to the beach.

Enjoy the property however the pool closes early and sometimes you could smell sewage but all Overall, the property was very nice.
