Another fabulous vacation at Majestic. This was our 2nd time at the Mirage (5 times at Elegance). Perfect weather March 2-9, 85 degrees and sunny every day. With the exception of one 10 minute afternoon shower, the weather was perfection. The Grounds: Meticulously kept, sparkling clean with beautiful beaches that are groomed daily. Plenty of chairs and bali beds at the beach and pools. Drink servers are consistently making their rounds at both the beach and pools. The Rooms: Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pillows are fantastic. Room amenities include a coffee maker, nespresso machine, tea kettle and a fridge. They also provide plenty of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and toothbrush/toothpaste kits. We wanted for nothing. The Food: Buffets are very good. As is usually the case with any buffet, there are some things that aren't great but for the most part the offerings were good. I like that they cook-to-order fresh chicken breast, steak, tuna steak and mahi mahi. The buffets also offer an abundance of healthy options including fresh fruit, vegetables, salads and a seafood bar. The dessert bar, especially in the Marketplace Buffet is unbelievable. Based on several past bad experiences we passed on the Italian restaurant and opted for Sushi (no reservations needed), the Steakhouse, French and Seaside restaurants. All meals were fantastic. Service was impeccable. The People: Junior, our butler, was unbelievably attentive. So helpful and a joy to talk to every day. Juan Bernardo at the pool is one of our favorite people at Majestic. We just love him so much. He took wonderful care of us as usual and we looked forward to talking with him everyday. Isabel at the spa has magic hands. I had 2 massages with her and they were the best massages I've ever had. Blue at the Fitness Center was so friendly and helpful. I liked practicing my Spanish with him everyday.

My wife and I had stayed elsewhere in Punta Cana in previous years but we were especially impressed with the high standard of the Majestic Mirage in every way, particularly the friendliness and service of ALL the staff. , Special thanks to our old friend Reynaldo Sepulveda who organised our visit with such care and attention to detail; Eduardo Arias our butler, who often went above and beyond the call of duty; Rafael Rosario and Daury Rosario who tended to our every need beside the pool so well on a daily basis; and Antony, Nelson, Niki, Jesuito, Christian, Miguel Angel, Anna and everyone else who looked after us in the restaurants; plus Elena and Ana who tidied our lovely rooms so meticulously and made such beautiful decorations. There were many others, whose names I didn't retain, who treated us like "family" in every corner of the resort and remembered our names and particular fancies. The maintenance team and cleaners were also efficient and effective as well as showing us polite friendliness whenever we chatted with them. It was obvious that the resort cuts no corners in its choice of staff, facilities, architecture, furnishings, delicious range of food or entertainment. We saw quality wherever we looked. My wife and I live in the UK but my younger sister and her husband live on the west coast of the USA. Punta Cana is the ideal place to reunite for a holiday together and we will be back to repeat our wonderful shared experience at the Majestic Mirage next year if at all feasible.

The distorted sound quality meant we had difficulty in understanding the excellent presenter and some of the performers on stage. However, the presenter's enthusiasm and the talent of the performers, particularly the resort's own team, were excellent. Some acts could have been better served with spotlights, too. It was sometimes difficult to see who was on stage.

Facilities offer everything, you don't lack anything at this place. Food & Drink is phenomenal. Beach awesome, pool party great. Animators great! Our butler Fernando was very helpful. Our sommelier went over and beyond to satisfy us. I had a very good feeling about the place, the Michael Jackson show was absolutely the best performance I ever seen :-) funny wasn't expecting this, in DR. Kids loved it. Suggestion drink a lot of rum, and eat a lot of beef and beans.

They tried hard to live up to etiquette on the dress code in the Italian restaurant, but the service had very little knowledge about the etiquette with the cutlery, sea food appetizer and they force you to eat your main course with the same cutlery? Why? I like the option ala carte so you don't have to eat buffet food all week, but if you demand one thing you should provide the adequate service. they guys try hard, but someone needs to train them. Just a thought

The Mirage went above and beyond to help my wife and I celebrate our honeymoon. The facilities were great, we had some great meals (really recommend the Italian restaurant), and everything was spotless- the cleanest pool I have ever seen! One aspect of the Mirage that really stuck out to me is that the staff have a positive, can-do attitude and are simply wonderful people. I would like to shoutout our butler Francisco who went above and beyond to help us- made reservations, set up our room for a honeymoon celebration night, and was just a generally kind person who I just enjoyed talking to. Then there is Michael, the Oasis attendant. Such a humble, wonderful man who takes pride in making sure you have a great day. I also want to shoutout Omar and Fernando at the pool bar who were so enthusiastic and personable and also give recognition to the bar guys in the lobby bar- always went above and beyond! We plan on coming back someday when we have children!

Amazing Stay – Best Resort Experience Yet! Our stay at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana was nothing short of incredible. From the stunning beachfront to the luxurious suites and top-tier service, everything felt like a dream come true. One thing that really stood out was the food. We’ve stayed at other all-inclusive resorts before, and this was by far the best dining experience we’ve had. Every restaurant offered something different and genuinely enjoyable—you could always find something delicious and satisfying, even if you’re a picky eater. It was refreshing to finally stay somewhere where the food lived up to the rest of the luxury. Our room was spotless and spacious, complete with a private jacuzzi and amazing butler service. The pools, bars, and beach areas were beautiful and never felt overcrowded. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. This resort is the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. If you’re looking for a place that offers real value, exceptional food, and unforgettable moments, Majestic Mirage is it. We’re already planning our return!

I loved everything,( and I would have given a overall 10 except for what took place upon checking in). The Beach was beautiful. The hotel was beautiful. The food was great. Would return if it was for certain I didnt have happen what happened again.

I made my reservation 10 months in advance for a swimup room Adults only side. When we arrived we were told we had to be put into the family building for 1 night. The room had no access to get into the pool without jumping in and climbing out and was about 1.5 ft wide. And then to only comp us $100 for the inconveince I dont think was enough. It barely covered the massage we used it toward. And then tried to give us another below standard room the next day, with same horrid pool access. But, thankfully for my persistance the butler Yordy got us a much better room. That whole experience makes me leery of returning. As much as I would love to return. Maybe I will try once more, unsure just yet.

There was always activities throughout the day. The pools were peaceful and the beach was great! The restaurants had good food. We enjoyed the steakhouse, Japanese, Italian and sports bar! Whenever we had questions or needed anything our Butler was just a text away to help. All the staff was friendly, there wasn’t one we passed that didn’t say hello.

Freshness of some of the food options in the buffets. The buffets were just ok. The omelette station at breakfast was good. There were a few American options but some of the food even at opening looked like it may have been sitting for a while. The rooms were a little dated but overall comfy and nice.

The food in all the restaurants was excellent and, in general, the staff could not do enough for you.

Upon arrival the rooms we had booked were not available (told they had overbooked). We were allocated rooms at the back of the hotel and told we would be moved the next day & our butler would help. No message from butler in the morning, so went to reception & told our butler was not due to arrive at work till 3pm & would not be moved until day after. Eventually moved rooms at 5pm on day 2. No apologies or compensation. Later found out that most people stay 4 / 5 nights and tend to return regularly. Upon return they are given thank you gifts, including complimentary Spa treatments. It is clear that management bend over back wards for these returning guests, rather than first timers, who book 2 rooms for 2 weeks.

Superb beach enjoyed all 9 days.

(1) We had a roof top suite. Two nights while raining water flowed to the main room down. Called but no attention. It is unexpected from a big resort like this. It seems all such rooms should be encountering this water leak problem and they must fix it. (2) Another early morning there was no water supply for a long two hours. Called but no on time proper information was given that technicians were working to resolve a pressure problem.

It was our second stay here and I absolutely love it at the Majestic. They upgraded us to a room with a rooftop and were just all around great. Ricardo was our butler and really helpful with anything and he tried his best to fix any issues as quickly as possible, but all the staff were great. Beach is kept well, although we did have some seaweed in the second half of our stay. Restaurant wise: French (upon reservation): really nice Japanese Hibachi (upon reservation): good, but way too much food. Italian: ok Steak House: good

It's minor things, there were some rainshowers during our stay and basically the apartment flooded several times. It was just a little water at the entrance, however those floors become VERY slippery when wet, so not ideal. The cleaning staff apparently didn't include the jacuzzi on the rooftop in their cleaning, so that was a bit annoying. Otherwise I'd only wish that there was a a la carte restaurant serving local or at least Carribean food. It feels like that's missing.
