I didn't like the fact that I was paying 958$ cdn through this company and at arrival to hotel I payed 1250% cdn and very unhappy with the overcharge through this app and most likely will never use it again!!

My view was spectacular as the pool was right in my good view. The cleaners were always onsite cleaning and making sure the surrounding is serene. The pool was cleaned multiple times a day to ensure it's pristine for everyone's use.

I had problem with my internet as it did not work as expected. Though I had someone come check it and provide me with an alternative, this alternative however, was not fast enough as I could only get about 5-6 Mbps. Further, the towels were old and you could feel them rip when stretched a little bit (I would strongly recommend replacing them ASAP). In addition, the toilet flushing system is not the best in my opinion as it takes multiple attempt to have it drained.

The staff was the best part of staying here. The room was sparkling clean and the place was quiet. Easy walking distance to good restaurants at all price points. One bar had a live local band- 15m walk from TCL.

Price was higher than other hotels in the area with similar amenities. Hotel is on the opposite side of the street (route 5) than the beach. Pretty much you can hear the sound ocean waves crashing from any hotel you stay at on the beach side. TCL I only heard roosters off in the distance and mostly it was silent.

great location, right next to the beach and bunch of shops/bars/restaurants. lots of mosquitoes so I suggest you get a repellent

no hot water in the morning we were checking out. guy at front desk didn’t manage to order us a taxi and said “you can just get one from the street” but it was 5am so obviously there’s literally 0 cars and he just checked us out and basically left us stranded there luckily the security guard was an angel and called some friend of his who dropped us off, without him I have no idea what would’ve happened with us, we would’ve just been standing there with our luggage for hours?!

Honestly i just booked the place as a cheap hotel, but we got plenty of value out of it. I enjoyed the pool, the piña colada, and there are many places where you can eat super nearby.

The water in the pool with the voleibol neet tasted a bit funny. And sure you're not supposed to taste the water, but some gets on your face somehow lol.

Pretty much everything was superb.

Only issue was that 3 times the front desk was unattended...2x for literally 10 min, and the other for 5. They should have a bell at the desk and a pen & paper to leave a note if u are in a rush. Overall it was superb.

Great location. Staff who went out of their way to ensure an excellent stay. Any problems were dealt with immediately. Anastasia deserves a special mention!

Some of the guests reserved loungers around the pool, with towels, from the early hours with no intention of using them until much later. They felt very entitled!

The staff was excellent. Everyone was always accommodating with anything. The price was very affordable, and the facility has a lot to offer. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is in the area. You will have a great time, and in a wonderful environment.

Loved the quiet away from the busy road. Great security and pool. Location is fantastic for shopping and access to the beach and restaurants.

Mosquitoes! Perhaps some spraying would help. Water was a crap shoot ...most days no hot water, sometimes no water but usually terrible pressure. Oh and contrary to some posts, no free coffee. Nothing bad enough for us to recommend against there.

the breakfast wasnt avaliable when i got to the loction they told me it wasnt working right now but understandable pther than that i love the staff the receptionist was cool helpfull pool love it the room perfect nice and good air conditioner my family and me loves the place and will be back soon 🤭🤭
