Stunning penthouse with all you may need ! beautifully decorated and conveniently located on the beach, just a short stroll to restaurants, bars and so on. Great hospitality and service from the staff, we could have breakfast and drinks in the UV lounge/ beach restaurant which was also very convenient. Definitely the ultimate place to be in Cabarete.

The only downside was the construction going on nearby which could be a bit noisy . However UV management did everything possible to accomodate us in this regard. They were very responsive and professional. Also you need Cash to pay for food and drinks as it is not yet set up to have the charges put on your room. Otherwise , everything was perfect!

I loved the Property. Ms Sagrario and the Gentleman in Reception are amazing. All the Staff, from cleaning, guards and everyone were a pleasure. My son s Graduation trip was a wonderful stay. When I return to Cabarete would love to stay again at Ultravioleta. 5 ***** to all the Staff that made our stay so pleasant.

It was calming, well maintained and the staff made all the difference.

The hotel and staff were excellent, could not have asked for more.

Restaurant was unacceptable. Waited for 2 hours for drinks and food that ended up being mediocre. Then Bill was overcharged. After paying the bill at the restaurant, they still submitted my charges to the hotel reception and I was asked to pay again. Thankfully hotel staff quickly resolved the issue. Ordered espresso in the morning at the restaurant, not sure what kind of coffee was that ...not drinkable and was served with a lazy attitude.

This property is a hidden gem!, with beautiful architecture, and well manicured landscape sitting right on the beach. We truly wanted to stay longer if we could. The staff was always unbelievably attentive, with kudos to Sagrario for making our short stay extra special. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. This is by far the best place in Cabarete. The restaurant is also exceptional and we cannot wait to visit again soon. I want to thank all the staff at Ultravioleta for a truly unforgettable experience.

Great location and good value. Although not central we preferred. There was some noisy building work but we were warned before. Lovely walk along the beach to the centre of town for plenty of fantastic places to eat and drink.

Great beach front location, confortable apartment, quiet place, private pool was very nice.

The main pool deck needs maintenance. The apartment buildings needs maintenance painting on the outside walls. This is particulary important for an expensive rental like this.

The facilities were great. Large and inviting rooms and very convenient.

There was a lot of construction. Next door they were constructing an entire building and we had a lot of noise from that and then they started doing work on the restaurant area downstairs that interfered with our beach time.

Very spacious rooms, cleaners came everyday and cleaned the rooms, made the beds, moped the floors and refreshed towels and toiletries

The property is very clean and beautiful! the pictures do no justice to it. We felt safe at all time of the day!

I didn’t like that the jets of the private pool were not on all day, causing the water of the private pool to be cloudy. However, the pool guy did turn it on in the morning and did his best to maintain the water clear as fast as possible. The pool guys, service guys and the security were all very attentive!

The property is gorgeous and quiet. Our apartment was wonderful with a large terrace. The beach area right in front of the property is not that big, but since there were not that many guests during our stay, there were always lounge chairs available. Just a wonderful peaceful and relaxing environment. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful.

A little booklet inside the apartment with basic information (such as wifi password, nearby restaurants, phone numbers etc) would have been helpful.
