Water was hot, air was cold, and cleaning staff cleaned every day. Security was great. The evening/night is very nice and helpful.

I paid for a room with a balcony and pool view, however that’s not what I got. I told the receptionist and it was basically I can take one of the rooms offered because I’m not getting any money back. I ended up getting a room with a closed in balcony, no pool view. The weekend receptionist is mean as hell. I heard other travelers say the same thing. She was just plain nasty.

Non customers started playing Latin music very very loud around 6 am. Woke all of us up. And the people at the front desk over charged my 2 brothers even they they had a confirmation number from booking.com. Bad business. The look Andy up front got and attitude and I advise not to book on booking.com if they don't honor the original price.

Booking.com prices do not match they're prices. So I advise them to investigate this hotel far as price hiking once you check in. From $5-10 more in person

Room gets really cold. Shower water gets really hot. Right on the strip.

Mattress could be updated and softer. Code for Room 112 didn’t work and I had to use a manual key, which could actually be a good thing, depending on how you look at it. Bare minimum in the rim, itself.

i enjoyed my stay at Hotel Europa. The staff is friendly. Wallking Distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Will stay again. Good value for the price.

Because it’s in a main area, there is a lot of noise in the night.

Primo location, excellent price per stay. security, check-in, Maintenance, rooms were cleaned & fresh towels daily. Spacious rooms/ balcony. pool.
