The food was very good

There is no internet service in the room. I paid for internet for 3 days but I have to come outside of my room to use the wifi service because there is no signal in the room. Please install wifi in all the rooms

Older property, but pools were nice with plenty of tanning beds. The small ones by the cliffs were a really great feature! Grounds and room were kept clean. Reception staff, cleaners, wait staff and activity coordinators were very nice and helpful. Overall a nice experience.

The food was ok. We had traveled around the country and eaten good Dominican food. At the buffets here, it was a more cafeteria quality, but then again, there was a lot of food! Wifi was not included, but even after we paid for it, it didn't work in our room. I had a conference call at 4 am and had to go out to the pool area to connect to the wifi.

Small and easy to navigate around the property. The staff were courteous and professional. The facilities were clean and well-kept. Has a great ambience for family with various activities and excursions. food was great especially the Italian restaurant Who is my favorite dish “the lasagna”. It was in the middle of a small town where you can enjoy the culture and feel safe with the tourism police.

The Wi-Fi was very very bad. We also had to pay for very very bad Wi-Fi. They also guarantee the Wi-Fi all around the resort where signals were very weak, where some spots did not have Wi-Fi at all. There was a very hazardous water pipe coming out the grass that cut mine and my wife’s toes. The drinks were not the best. very small selection of drinks.

The staff is crazy hospitable. The place is sparkling clean and the beach is just excellent. The buffet has a great variety.

We sent a message before coming asking if we could check in earlier; the response was completely unrelated saying how much we’re going to pay for the stay. We arrived anyways at 3pm- the exact check in time but the room wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. But during checkout, which was supposed to be at 1pm, they already called in around 12nn saying it’s time to go.

During my stay, there was almost no type of entertainment. Excursions (paid separately) available for off-site activities.

Jacuzzis is what make you feel different on this place.

The hotel Is beautiful and all the staff is friendly was an excellent experience special mentioned to Juan at the reception

It is a Dominican resort many people expect to listen to Dominican music in the bar

I do like the staff, the food and all about the hotel

What I didnt like was the price even it was a room with 2 beds I had to add 2 additional people and I had to pay extra money for that it was awful

Everything was amazing. I'll start there again if I can.
