I really enjoyed my stay at the Sakan 275 Hotel. I consider it to be a hidden gem in Egypt. It is affordable, clean and bug free which has not always been the case when I have traveled throughout the Middle East and Africa. The shared kitchen area was also very clean. Mr.Ahmed, the owner, and his staff were very responsive to my needs. Shortly after arriving in Egypt Mr. Ahmed used his personal car to drive me to the grocery store. I am not very fluent in Arabic, so whenever I needed a taxi, Mr. Ahmed and his staff were very eager to help me. During a 7 day short trip that I took to Dubai Mr. Ahmed agreed to keep some of my luggage because I didn’t want to have the burden of carrying all of my luggage with me to the UAE. I had a wonderful stay at the Sakan 275 Hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The internet was very bad. During the first couple of weeks during my 2 months stay it was constantly in and out. During the last two weeks of my stay it was more consistent. This was very bad for me as an independent researcher and writer.

I loved the size of the en suite room, dinning area and a tea station..The place is clean, a quiet area of New Cairo city but everything was within a fair distance. There's a shared functioning kitchen but no other guests used it. I was able to cook most days and do laundry. Felt like being in apartment with home vibes💕. All the staff were so polite and helpful when needed and at our service. I liked that clean towels and bedding were easily accessible too. We'll definitely go back again😁

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. They are all brilliant! The rooms were bright and spacious. The hotel had a lovely, calm atmosphere. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The apartment is near a couple of shopping centres with many food options.

Excellent in every way: the location is perfect if you work and study at AUC. some of the kindest and most courteous staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering!

The best price/quality ratio in New Cairo. The apartment was clean and you could find everything you need. The personal was friendly. It will take only 5min to get to most popular restaurants and bars.

Just like our previous stay there. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Clean room and towels, best of all a functional kitchen/washing machine so you don't need to take dirty laundry after your stay. 👍🏾😊
