My wife was traveling alone and had a very bad day. When she arrived at the hotel, Mustafa made her check-in very easy and was very kind and hospitable. The check out was with Mustafa also and was easy. The room was nice, clean and with a comfortable bed. She enjoyed her stay. Thank you Mustafa for turning her difficult day into a pleasurable stay.

I had business every day at the American University of Cairo which was a mere 20-minute walk from the residence. Two very different malls were 10 and 15 minutes away, by foot. So, for my purposes, the residence was well situated. In addition, it was well-appointed and provided a good space to rest. The front desk team was unfailingly helpful on a number of occasions. I always felt well-protected and in a place where all my questions were welcomed. I hope to return to New Cairo City again, and when I do I will stay at Prime Residence.

It was clean

They took the towel after cleaning and didn’t replace them. We are couple and we didn’t like the fact that gave us a room next to the landlord floor. It was noisy we heard everything was going around us and every time we opened the door there was a person setting next to the door by the Landry room.

The room design, the facilities and the WiFi are very good. Reception staff also they were nice and professional.

The bed (king size) is not big enough for two adults. Of the gym (fitness centre) equipment 50% is not functioning and damaged. And honestly it was very important for me. The dry cleaning guys are asking us to give them the money but the receptionist told us to pay at the reception, however when we were paying the dry clean guy, he was requesting extra money without telling us. (Happened twice) But the receptionist dealt with them very sharply and he didn't like what happened and apologized, thanks to Mostafa

It’s the first time ever that I decide to book an apartment instead of a hotel, and it was the best decision ever! 1. They gave us a free upgrade. 2. Super clean, comfortable, apartment was very well equipped. 3. Fast wifi. 4. Hot water, comfy beds, cold AC. 5. Extremely safe. 6. Finally, the staff are super nice and professional. 7. I will always come back here whenever I visit Cairo again!

The only thing, which is not their fault, is the loud dog noises at night.

Location was ideal. It was in a quiet road off the main central road so night time was peaceful and easy to sleep. Very close to malls (point 90 mall was 2 mins walk away) so shopping and restaurants were convenient. The room itself was very spacious and the provided appliances were all spotlessly clean. The reception team was fantastic and very accommodating. I really appreciate Mohammed Hamada was very helpful.

The facility is fine for sort term stay. All Staff are very friendly and cooperative.

The neighborhood is not quite, sellers calling for products in the street, hitting gas cylinders with metals which is very dangerous, kids playing in the street till late, rug cleaning by hitting it with a stick early in the morning which gives a noise like series of bomb explosions (Bom, Bom, Bom, Bom), seriously!. You may consider adding some items to the kitchenette items to make use of the stove/oven.

Staff very helpful especially Mr. Mustafa in the reception is very helpful and doing his best to make client comfortable. I like the location near to point 90 Mall. Clean place. I feels like home

The people on reception absolutely well behaved and nice. Neat and clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen and with washing machine.

A long distance from Cairo, it take about 30 to 45 mins in Uber to travel to Cairo for sightseeing. But new cairo where this property is, neat and clean and less congested, and Uber is relatively cheap so no problems. Just plan all in advance and rest all is fine.
