Nice hotel

Breakfast was normal. But dinner was 10$ for person. Its very expensive for 1 person. We was 4 person and we try to go outside for dinner because outside was much cheaper then in hotel

From the Guest Relations Department, Rowin and Sarah were outstanding. They were incredibly attentive, always ensuring everything was in order and that I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I also want to highlight Azza and Fathia, who were wonderful during my stay. They constantly checked in to see if I needed anything to eat or drink and ensured everything in my room was perfect. The room was spotless, with excellent cleaning service every day during the week I stayed. Each day, the attention and care from the staff were exceptional. Many thanks again to Rowin, Sarah, the reception team, and the entire staff for making my experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

The room was cosy and inviting, featuring a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The carpet added a touch of warmth and helped keep the room quiet. We opted for room-service coffee instead of going downstairs, and it arrived promptly, hot and strong—just the way I like it. The hotel offers plenty of socialising spaces throughout, with comfortable sofas in the lobby and on other floors, providing numerous spots to relax and enjoy conversations.

The bedding had black hairs scattered across the pillows and duvet, with a mix of short and long strands, which was unpleasant. The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate at the base, making it uncomfortable to stand in. The internet connection in the room was very weak, frequently lagging and difficult to connect to. Additionally, the wardrobe lacked a shelf, which would have been helpful for storing items. The TV remote didn't function properly, and upon checking, I found the batteries had been pressed in to extend their life. Although I requested a replacement, it wasn’t provided, which was frustrating.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice buffet food for breakfast and dinner. Aqua park was a huge hit for the kids. Close to airport.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children but when we arrived we were given a room with 2 single beds. When we complained, we were told that we were expected to all sleep together and tried to charge us extra for the children's breakfast. Eventually, we were given another room with a king-sized bed and 2 put up beds for the kids. I don't understand why a family friendy hotel doesn't have family rooms????

The reception staff and other staff were wonderful, helpful and very respectful during the reception period. The furniture is very good. The cleanliness is excellent every day.

The location of the hotel was extreme and far from the city center, especially when I wanted to leave the hotel and travel after midnight. I waited for more than 45 minutes and no taxi came and I almost lost my reservation card, if it weren't for another customer who came to the hotel and I was able to go with the taxi driver who asked me for 3 times the fare, and there are no taxis that come to you at night. Also the level of . The breakfast is not excellent and is below average.

We had a fantastic stay at Jewel Sports City and Aqua Park! After a busy week and jet lag we came here to relax for the day. With 3  pools to choose from and an  aqua park included in the price we were spoiled for choice when it came to swimming Our 1 night stay allowed us to relax and use the facilities over 2 days and we  left feeling fresh and rejuvenated. We used the spa which  has a jacuzzi, cold tub, sauna and steam for less than the price cake. So nice don’t miss i!  Thanks to Sayed for showing us how to get the most of the spa to feel fresh.  Breakfast was great… They have an omelette station - yay! All the staff were kind and helpful at the restaurant and the whole hotel. Thank you to Sarah and Nagham  at the front desk for the  warm welcome, information and smiles! Our check out was also kindly extending as we were travelling out late. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and also a great location to get to everywhere in Cairo this is the place. Will come again with my family! The kids will love it!

Wifi connection could be better by the pool

From my experience in Cairo, it's very hard to find a good hotel that you will make you satisfies, until I found this hotel. The hotel safe, clean and very helpful staff. Everything was great started from reception to the housekeeping Al hanidi, Nada at fourth floor. WIFI was good also the guest Relation Rania she was helpful. The reception staff Omar, Ahmed, Sarah, and Rowan were very nice and helpful. The hotel gym not far from hotel also was good. I would love to recommend this hotel for anyone want to visit Cairo. Again many thanks, for anybody work at this hotel started from administration until housekeeping

We had a nice stay at this hotel - staff were friendly and the restaurant offered the possibility to have dinner (buffet) for a reasonable price. This is certainly a plus given the location is far from most amenities. Good value for money in this area.

The rooms could use some small renovations. Also, the road connecting the hotel to the main highway was under construction which led many taxi drivers to get mistaken and go in rounds to find the entrance.

The rooms are spacious . Each room has a nice balcony. Very clean. The hotel is in a quite area , no night clubs or discos around which makes it perfect for families. The staff were very friendly and they are always there to help. Ahmed and Elwaheady have been quite helpful. Breakfast has wide variety , mostly oriental. I hit the gym few times- quite decent and I used the spa - which is very nicely priced. I will definitely come back again - with my family next time

The Aqua Park The Pool Facilities The Room was comfortable The Reception and Housekeeping were always helpful especially Wahidi and Raniya were so helpful and always assisting and not to forget always smiling.

Have more English fluent employees who can understand the customers priorities better. Room service should do better. We ordered for water and complained about our TV twice but nobody came to give us water and even fix the TV for 2 days despite the reception confirming someone will come. Not good effective communication between the reception and the room service and maintenance.
