I had a wonderful stay at Elite Boutique Hotel in New Cairo, conveniently located just opposite AUC Pepsi Gate #4 and only a 5-minute walk away. The location is excellent, with several shopping malls nearby, making it very practical and enjoyable. The staff were truly exceptional—always courteous, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure every need was met. Their genuine hospitality really made the experience stand out. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I also appreciated the smooth working elevator, which made moving around hassle-free. Overall, I am delighted with my stay at Elite Boutique Hotel and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in New Cairo.

For future enhancement, having fire extinguishers in rooms and lobby and an exterior emergency ladder would make guests feel even safer.

I am very pleased to write review. I came to write and exam at AUC - American University of Cairo. Place is very near to the university. Its so comfortable and calm. I really enjoyed the stay. Thanks for wonderful service. The staff was so helpful, even he himself helped me to get dinner through Talabat app in his mobile.

The electricity sockets are not well distributed. Had to change the position of the microwave and the kettle to use. The staff didn't clean the room during my 8-day stay. The plates, cups, and glasses are not diposable, impossible to clean after using, and the dirt was still. The bathroom tissue paper was over after three days, and we had to buy and use new

Extremely clean well furnished room. Great location access to everything from entertainment to food. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and willing to accommodate any request if I came back to new Cairo and needed to stay in a hotel I would stay here.

The place is super comfy and cozy, the mattress, pillows , bed sheets/towels quality , bathroom/ water heating, new furniture and utensils, microwave and Netflix … I dont think anything is missing for a one to have a comfortable enjoyable stay. I will surely visit again for longer stays . Thanks

Quiet, clean and has essential stuff. 5 minutes walk to vitaly mall and 9 minutes walk to point 90.

Not enough sockets to plug in the kettle and the microwave. No hair dryer and no chairs in the balcony. Need to have at least an extension.

The location was very convenient, it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.

Excellent Reception Staff as well as Housekeeping team. They were so welcoming and helpful, and made all what they can to assist and make our stay memorable. The place is also safe and quiet.
