I recently stayed at Newcity hotel during my visit to Cairo and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the American University in Cairo, making it incredibly convenient for anyone visiting the campus. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly the receptionist, Mr Tamer. From the moment I arrived, Tamer was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met,Also he allowed me to check in earlier than the checkin time . His friendly demeanor and professionalism truly set the tone for my stay.

The room was really nice! We got a upgrade room very spacious, new furniture, everything inside fancy and comfortable! All the staff, without exception was really helpful and gave us all attention that we need! There is a big mall behind the hotel that u can go walking less than 5 min and have everything inside! I share the room with a friend but perfect Also to put a family … if I return to Egypt, definitely my choice will be here again! ❤️

The hotel was very near to the set of examination so it was very convenient to me The room was very *cozy* and conclusive Despite there were some flaws in the chairs but the staff were very keen to fix the problem The room was clean And although we arrived early but the room was ready to be used

The WiFi was very weak for a lot of time The electrical appliances such as telephone was faulty and the lighting system was bad There was one staff member who scared us in the middle of the night by banging on the door because of our loud voices

The location and staff are perfect The most I like is friendly staff specially Nasser who always welcome guest with positive and big smile - Nasser is the best

The only thing i didn’t like that there is not locker box in rooms Although all their staff are good and safety but having locker box or safety box in each room then we can rate the hotel 10 instead of 9

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, aiding in booking taxi's and helping with finding my way in the neighbourhood.

The location was relatively far off. Whilst sufficiently close to the conference centre I had to be at, getting in and out of the city centre was more difficult.

Clean, Air conditioning is working perfectly, location is convenient walking distance from point90, safe as a security guard is always sitting by the entrance

Construction work is still happening as the area isnt fully developed, so abit noisy in the mornings. No breakfast offered and no stove in the apartment to make simple breakfast

Big rooms, clean, new and good and quite location

The stay was perfect, I just would recommend to them to have a restaurant in order to can have the breakfast, lunch or dinner. But i can say there is a supermarket, a mall and little shops just 5 min away (walk)

Staff extremely helpful. Rooms spacious and kept very clean with all the facilities needed for a short or a long stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for meetings at The American University in Cairo, School of Business n New Cairo. Two shopping centres very close by for meals and groceries.

A lot of construction around the hotel so very noisy from early morning including weekends. But this is not the fault of the hotel owners. New Cairo is quite a drive from old Cairo. A lot of time is spent in taxis and ubers to get from one place to another. But for meetings in New Cairo location perfect. No meal facilities at the hotel. Breakfast would be helpful as no possibility to buy groceries if we arrive late.

Very quiet and secure. Staff, especially manager Mohammed were great. The room was perfect, shower especially. Close to Point 90 Mall and Carrefour so easy to access restaurants and obtain food and supplies. Definately will be back.
