The property is top clean. Big spaces. Air conditioning working well. Hot shower.

Staff were friendly & our room was very clean & spacious

Lack of restaurant or bar was a negative for us in the evening, but as we were there for a wedding and only for 1 night we managed. We here headed out early so did not get to see much of breakfast, but did not see much we would chose to eat. Coffee was a DIY effort of instant sachets, and an Urn of hot water

I traveled for a business off-season. Check-in was super easy. The room included a stand for luggage. Hot and cold waters ran strong. The staff felt sincerely friendly and helpful. Wifi was useful for business purposes. Uber or taxi was available usually within 6-10 min of wait. The bed was comfortable, and no noises were coming into the room. Breakfast fruits.

I missed slippers - as I don't take them with me, I rely on in-hotel slippers to move around in the room. The variety of breakfast was OK, only all pastries were still wrapped in plastic over the plate - I'd appreciate lower variety, but better access.

Exceptional caring staff, along with a great location next to the incredible family park which is within 2 mins walking distance

Location is a bit far from downtown, but for me it was an advantage, as I had to go there only once.

Staff was great and always helpful. Our room was superb with balcony view. I would recommend, and my family enjoying their stay. stay.

Options for food could be better. Access by car only(entrance just off a very busy highway), and a little tricky to find.

The family room is spacious, the swimming pool area is nice. The breakfast variety is good. The cleaning service lady ( salwa) is nice and hard working.

The facility needs maintenance and paying attention to more details, like fixing the drain covers around the swimming pool, cleaning the pool showers and toilets, and there are no soap or toilet tissues there.

The room is big and fitted with all needs, the staff is very nice and helpful , that was good point , all smile and act in nice way

The location not good nothing around u , you can't walk u have to take taxi even to buy water the furniture is for 4 star Hotel not for 5 star

Great place. Friendly staff. We celebrated our 20th anniversary and all staff were polite and helpful. I would like to thank Mrs Esraa for her attention to detail and a lovely kind attitude.
