The architecture of the hotel and the swimming pool is phenomenal. You get the impression that you are in another time and space. A very unusual and unusual feeling, something that I have not had the opportunity to see until now. The whole hotel, with the lobby and all the accompanying rooms, as well as the walking areas, corridors, pool and rooms are designed as if you are in prehistoric caves with an accent of today's comfort and convenience.

I would have to emphasize the food in the restaurant, which is not at an enviable level, and the materials used to make the hotel (plaster), have the property of rotting after a certain time, so when you walk around the rooms, you get the impression that it is not very clean. the approach from the beach to the sea is covered with dead corals, so entering the sea is difficult.

We liked to staff here the animation team were fantastic & the teppanakki chef was great. Our room attendant Mohammed was fab and made some amazing shapes with the towels! The main pool was good but the other pools were very cold but it was February. The food at Bettys bar was good and our massages were amazing.

The evening entertainment wasn’t the best.

The special decorative style, the very helpful and friendly staff. The atmosphere in the evening was very fairytale-like and romantic. We absolutely loved the food, especially the fish was excellent! Loved the dark grey, longhaired hotel cat 'DaRule', who even spend a night in our hotelroom ;-)

That the VISA-machine wasn't working, so we could not pay with our visa card, nor with regular bank card and maestro function. We had to cancel our 10-day stay at this resort because it was impossible to withdraw that much money. And no one told us in advance that we needed to pay the entire amount of our booking in cash at the check-in date! Unfortunately we could only stay here for two nights, and that is such a pity. So please dear Caves Resort, take good care of your foreign customers and make sure your visa-machine is back up and running! Other than this major hiccup, Caves is the best and most enchanting resort we have ever visited in our lives.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience! The staff were absolutely lovely—despite their long hours, they were always smiling and willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself had a unique charm, offering two pools to suit different preferences. One pool was lively, with music and activities, while the other was much quieter and peaceful, which was perfect for when we wanted to relax.

There were a few minor downsides that I believe make it more of a 4* than a 5*. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t have a lift, which can be a bit of a challenge if you struggle with the stairs or the on-site complimentary restaurants. The bathroom shower was also quite temperamental, both in terms of water temperature and pressure. Additionally, dinner time was often hectic, and it’s best to arrive right at 7 pm when it opens, as finding a table later can be difficult. Lastly, the food selection was somewhat limited, compared to previous all inclusive I have been too. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for friendly service and a choice of atmospheres between lively and peaceful.

Caves is such a unique hotel. With nice pool views from most of the rooms. The animation team here is the best I gave experienced in Hurghada, and go out of their way to ensure guests are having a good time. The food is of excellent quality, as are the all inclusive drinks, made by a very competent bar tender.

Staff in other parts of the hotel can be rude and unhelpful, particularly the reception. We were stopped by security a number of times on rendering the hotel, and asked to prove that we were guests, despite seeing us the day before. On check out, they wanted to apply a charge of USD10 for each unreturned beach towel, although these had been left inside our rooms, we were asked to return to the rooms and physically bring the towels to the reception. Very strange, when they could have just confirmed with their own housekeeping. Made us feel like we had only visited the resort, for the sole purpose of stealing their beach towels. Very disappointing end, to otherwise what was a very nice stay.

Convenience was fantastic, really nice that everything was inclusive. Particularly impressed that they anticipated us arriving late and pre-booked us for late dinner. small touch but made a difference

buffet food couldn't compare to the food we had elsewhere in Egypt, but it was also cheaper too so you get what you pay for. pool tables were a bit damaged...honestly i'm nitpicking because the overall experience was really good

Amazing space in the studio air con was an absolute god send food was exceptional and plenty to choose from every day. Entertainment was just enough and didn’t feel pressured to join in. We came for rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what we got. With the bonus of good food amazing room and staff that are polite helpful and respectful 4th time here and will be continuing to come twice a year.

The spa staff are a little too pushy for massages and take the payment up front. And massages were not great. But everyone else was helpful and respectful. Also the card machine to pay for the hotel never works so u are forced to walk to the next hotel to take out cash and pay in local currency which is far more expensive that way. It’s never worked In the last 4 years of us coming here. Time it was sorted out. We learned to bring our payment out with us in dollars this time.

I was and still am in awe of how beautifully unique this hotel is, it's so different from any other hotel I've ever been to. The caves styled rooms and everything was so stunning and breathtaking, even better than the pictures. The food was amazing and so delicious. The staff are so nice I totally loved the mini aquariums and water falls all around the hotel. The beach is so beautiful, u have to walk a bit to go to where you can swim but it's worth it. I will be coming again in October.

There was a Bedouin guy inside the hotel who doesn't work there and he wasn't a guest either, not sure why he was there, and he kept harassing me at night he was near the pool and he followed me to the beach in the morning. I didn't feel safe I reported this to the security and i hope he won't be there again next time as they promised me.

The main theme of the resort is fabulous The staff very friendly The room is so good and clean The food is really good They have like 4 pools and all are perfect Just for the beach you have to walk through with sea shoes of course until it get deep enough to swim or snorkeling

The stage of animation is too small and all the chairs and sunbeds always taken like 24/7 and they dont organize it at all There is no variety in lunch too
