Hospitality of the hotel team everywhere, warm, smiling & welcoming employees starting by the hotel door, passing by the receptionist mr."Mohamed" to the animation team Cherry, Ouzo & Tito, to barmen & housekeeping guys, mr.Karim at the restaurant, ending again by mr. Awny & Mohamed at the reception at the check out... I have to mention that I felt at home with friends with family spirit during my stay which lasted for 3 nights, the service is awesome to the extent that I didn't believe it when I reported a problem of the toilet flush before going down to breakfast, I came back from the restaurant to find it solved. The beach is close & nice and spacious to all guests, The food variation isn't that much but it is made well, The pool is cool but not always covered with the sun, our room was maintenaned well. The area around the hotel is calm and beautiful with ease of access & close to many places in Hurghada such as midtown. It was my first time with Magic beach resort while I visited hurghada a lot, annually, but I believe it won't be the last time, I intend to come here again. Thank you all ladies and gentlemen for the days we spent here because you exceeded my expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic Beach. The value for money was excellent, especially given the beautiful seafront location, the big room with balcony, and the quality and quantity of the food. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with freshly cooked pancakes, omelettes, and so much more. Our highlight at the hotel was the Halloween evening dinner buffet which was incredible!! The whole team spent hours preparing an amazing buffet, with special decorations. They seemed to be having so much fun doing so, and that was nice to see. Thank you so much!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Magic Beach Hotel with stunning views. Everything about this hotel is good, such as rooms, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend guests from Egypt, Arabs, and other tourists for sure. I was impressed by the efficient check-in (Mr. Mostafa) and check-out (Mr. Zeiad, and Mr. Abdo) and the staff welcome. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. The restaurant staff is always friendly and clean. Finally, I introduce special thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Abdalla. The hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

The price couldn't have been better, and the food was excellent. The staff was helpful in arranging tours and transportation and could not have been nicer. The full-service spa is a great amenity.

The beach is unusual in that the water remains knee deep at least 100 yards out. Past that there are windsurfers, so it's not really possible to swim there. For some reason, I was given a suite that was across the street from the hotel, not a part of the main complex. Although the room was nice, it was necessary to cross the street for meals, the beach, the pool, the bar and the spa. The main door to this building was never locked, and there was no security staff.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the restaurant team — no matter how busy or tired they were, they always greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness. Their attitude toward children was truly heartwarming. You could feel how much they care and how sincerely they do their work — thank you for making every meal feel special. A very special thanks to the amazing bartenders at the pool bar. Your energy, friendliness, and good vibes made each day brighter. You didn’t just serve drinks — you created a wonderful atmosphere. You remembered our preferences, made us smile, and always took time for every guest. Even during the hottest hours, you brought real joy — thank you for being the sunshine of the pool! The food was delicious and diverse. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. We enjoyed discovering new meals every day, and there was always something to satisfy every taste. The beach was clean, with soft sand and crystal-clear water. The sunrise and sunset views were absolutely breathtaking — unforgettable moments by the sea. We are especially thankful to Mr. Awny for his care and attention. Although we had booked a double room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a third proper bed already prepared upon arrival. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. And finally, heartfelt thanks to the talented artist who drew our portrait — it is a beautiful memory we will treasure forever. Thank you all for your warmth, smiles, and hospitality. Egypt is not only beautiful because of the sea and sun — it’s the people who make it truly shine. We will definitely come back again.

A great location a little outside of the more hectic side of Hurghada but within about a £1 Uber to the city centre or marina areas. Lovely animation team, very friendly and fun to be around. The friendly Egyptian people in and around the area.

Being "harassed" to try the shops in the hotel when you repeatedly say you don't want or need anything from them. This approach put my friend and I off of even looking even when we may have been interested originally.

Everything exceeded our expectations! From the moment we made the reservation, the communication with the hotel was smooth and professional, all the way through to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay – the entire staff was wonderful: always smiling, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. We had a great time with the animation team, and the food was absolutely delicious – perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The hotel was spotless, which we really appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to everyone – the staff, the animation team, and the management – for creating such a fantastic atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back and will be enthusiastically recommending this place to all our friends! The location is simply perfect — the sea is just steps away, the beach is clean, with beautiful views and an easy entrance into the water. This is the ideal place for those seeking peace, quiet, and true relaxation. Here, you can breathe in the sea air, watch the sunrises, and enjoy every moment. The food was delicious and varied — always fresh, with plenty of vegetables, fruits, and meals cooked with love. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a view I’ll never forget.
