This is our third visit in a row, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Reda, who upgraded our bracelets to VIP, allowing us to visit four à la carte restaurants and surprising us with an elegant fresh fruit basket in the room. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

During low tide, the sea water became quite shallow, which made swimming a bit difficult.

Everything was great i.e. staff, food, drinks, pools, animation team. And receptionist at check in upgraded my room to premium room without additional cost

Beach is rocky and you need to walk for 2-3 mins to reach a good spot to be able to swim

The animation team deals only with white people regarding any activities. Ignoring us very frankly because of our colour. Also, the guys who make the drinks. They are only dealing with the people they think they are tourists. While I paid the same or even more. The pools want more frequent cleaning

I was welcomed with passion from the time I was greeted by Ragab, the bell captain to Ms. Aya, Mr. John and Bassem at the reception. Mr. John upgraded my comfort room to premium level and the choice was perfect. The rooms are newly renovated and spacious. The hotel is beautifully landscaped I couldn’t stop taking pictures. The All Inclusive buffet has a variety of food and options for children and adults. Mohamed at the pool was very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and for sure will return during my next visit.

The bathroom doesn’t have toiletries (toothbrush, sowing kit, ext…) in case you forgot to bring one.

It was a good experience in a 4-star hotel in Hurghada . It is one of the best value for money. I have been there for 3 nights with my family ( 6 adults and 3 kids). We all enjoyed the 3 pools ( one of them is for kids , aqua wasn’t bad and has variety for kids). The rooms were clean and big enough. The food served has variety and the taste was not bad 6/10.

I was waiting more interest and more welcome from the stuff. 3 members of the stuff were working at the bar and they were talking about the guest in bad way and included some harassment words. There is some discrimination overall women take more interest than men and in general foreign guests take i interest than Egyptian ones. I had delayed check in around 3 pm. The way of knocking the door during check out was bad and aggressive while it was 11 pm.

Food is good,breakfast is excellent, Aqua is very basic but nice, pool is clean ,room layout is a little crowded but bathroom/shower is really spacious. location is very good for people traveling by car

there is a couple of irritating issues. first they empty pool by 6:30 that is one and half hour before sunset!! that the best time to enjoy pool in summer without getting a sun stroke , the same for aqua that is emptied at 5:30!! not suitable at all for summer daylight time. dinner is from 6-9pm so you have to rush from pool /shower to catch it! Mobile Network coverage is horrible in rooms.

- (Miss Hana) from the animation team wasn’t professional especially in conversation & guest care - Careless from supervision (Mr. Ahmed) as he took my room number to investigate & discuss but he didn’t show up again and no one called me or cared to ask at the checkout - Very Long Rocky beach but there’s a marina where you can do swimming & snorkeling - Very Old Furniture of the rooms - Location is 25 Km to 30 Km away from Hurghada but if you have your own car, it won’t be a problem

We arrived at 11 am and the reception staff were friendly and quick check-in. We stayed in the new building and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The housekeeping staff were organized and friendly. Swimming pools were clean. The beach was rocky, but after 200 meters the water was sandy and wonderful, with a depth of 1.5 meters. The food was decent. The burger restaurant experience is very good. Finally thanks to the hotel staff for the great stay and thanks to all the smiling staff.

Children pools were clean but Unfortunately, there was no permanent lifeguard at the pool. The beach was rocky. The food was decent, but not as good as last year especially the taste. The staff at the main restaurant working like bees but not smiling . The restaurant at beach was the worst part of the hotel. Most of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional I don't know the reason, maybe it's because of work pressure, but it's not my problem.

Great service, friendly staff, activities for everyone, food and drinks available from 7:09 am to 9:00 pm, nightly show.

The only suggestion I would make is to extend and change lunch time as it is only 2 hours after breakfast ends. Currently breakfast is 7:00-10:00 and lunch is 12:30-2:30. I suggested to change lunch hours to 1:00 pm-3:30 pm to allow new guests checking in the opportunity to have lunch when they arrive, but they do have a snack Buffett available from 3:00-5:00 so food is pretty much covered throughout the day. It’s not that I didn’t like, it eas just a suggestion.

The resort is being renovated and the new parts are amazing! on top the staff seems to be happy to work there and all was clean as can be. There were a few restaurants and "À la carte" options in up to 4 restaurants per stay! There are areas for families and places without kids to relax.

The beach is full of rocks under the water and the deeps are far from the shore. There are "solutions" with access to nice sandy places with more deep, through a very long bridge. It is good for us but I do enjoy the luxury of getting directly onto the water from the beach.
