Very calm and relaxed place, Very polite and helpful staff ,The staff very active and helpful and honest, very welcoming to ask them anything at anytime.. I really want to thank the hotel staff, The food also is delicious . I will recommend this place to all my friends..

Myself and my wife were originally booked in for 6 nights but decided to stay for 4 nights after a chat with the manager Ismil who put us in contact with Mr Bob tour company after which we did a nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan among other trips as in hot air balloon , trip to the east and west bank tours and private car back from Aswan to luxor after our Nile cruise.. The hotel is located in a great location between karnack temple and Luxor temple just on a side street from the river nile. It is a very quiet hotel that is under renovation but no work begins until after breakfast time. Air conditioned rooms with clean comfortable beds and fridge . Towels , toilet roll , soap is available in the room. Pharmacy just around the corner if needed. Beautiful breakfast served to us every morning and takeaway breakfast box 📦 was made available to us on leaving the hotel for the airport. Manager Ismil and his friendly staff couldn't have done anymore for us . We enjoyed the swimming pool every evening to cool down after a long hot day in the sun visiting temples and site seeing. It's not the Ritz hotel but it's well worth the money and will be a very beautiful hotel when the renovations are completed 😀

This my opinion about the hotel room 410 per 3 nhgits I can say about my experience in this place is First of all, the location of the hotel is excellent, one minute walk to the Nile The area is very safe The hotel is very safe and quiet and the staff are kind and respectful and help the guests Breakfast is very delicious There is a free swimming pool And you have complete privacy The rooms are in good condition No disturbance from staff or neighbours And if I go back to luxor again I will be in same hotel

This was a very last minute booking, and yet they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was large, clean and very neat. Facilities were well up-kept and clean. Breakfast was very delicious. The pool were so nice. And location was exceptional. It is the ideal place to stay if visiting Luxor.

the reception i received when arriving was so friendly and i cannot forget the hibiscus tea which was so nice. i arrived by horse and cart from the bus station and the hotel was well known,beside the river and easy to find. the staff and the manager were so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was really egyptian with so much lovely egyptian decor, the room was simple and spacious with a really comfortable bed.great shower and wifi. breakfast was lovely and so was the service of the friendly staff. very safe and secure. all in all i had a lovely one night stay, sorry i didnt return as i went straight from esna to marsa allam. i would return when in luxor again thank you so much. kensi

Hospitality and Proximity from important Destinations in Luxor such as the Museum ,Karnak Temples .....But above all the Staff are great ,they bend over backward to make their clients feel safe and comfortable ...........................An incident happened with me ! I forgot some money and Tickets equivalent of 14000 pounds ,I was the Only one to be blamed for not saving them in the Safety Deposit ....I remebered Hours after,I called the Hotel ,and They sent me my Envelope to my new location untouched and am so grateful for every body in this Hotel especially Mr.Ayman the Reception manager who is always very nice and helpful at any hour of the Day ..Hotel is very clean and cozy also ....Thank you Khalid Sedeek Tour guide

Nothing I didn like there

the location is super, near or actually in the middle of all the East bank touristic monuments, also second row from the Nile river. The awesome, helpful staff are so kind and experienced in how to make the guest enjoy his stay. I hope to I could stay longer, or to come back soon.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything! The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is not great, something basic. I really recommend for accomodation in Luxor! Great for money value!
