Everything. Most of all the staff. Karin the manager was a great help in organising our transfer from Hurghada and arranging some medicine when I got a stomach bug (from Hurghada not here). All the staff were so friendly and helpful and that will be our biggest memory from our trip. They arranged river crossings, taxis, a wonderful tour and took care of our every need. The terrace from the rooftop restaurant is great and we had the warm pool to ourselves most of the time. A big thank you to everyone for a great stay. Great value for money and highly recommended. We will be back to visit Aswan.

Lovely pool area and pool. Amazing rooftop view. Nice water pressure and heating in shower.Staff was very friendly i was super happy with housekeeping( I loved to see a bucket and mop. The reason why i can't rate top is matress and bedding looked like its time for replacemebt but for the price/location/facilities. It really did exceed my expectations.

Like many places in Egypt, theres details like loose electric sockets that coild be improved. But compared to the price, the quality is quite high. Make sure you don't choose a standard room with street view if you are a ligt skeeper. If you are, it's worth upgrading.

Excellent location with Nile river view roof top restaurant, Amazing warm pool open 24 hours, staff very helpful.Arranged us a kettle and hair dryer.Many restaurants to explore in 5-20 minutes walk.Close to ferry point for trips. With luggage you will need to get a taxi to get to train station or airport which is 30-45 minutes depending on traffic .Staff speak good English especially ones at the reception.We booked the Luxor day trip and Felicia boat trip through the hotel.

The towels in the room could be bigger size if I am very picky.We will stay here again without second thoughts!

The location ans view from room were amazing. It was just infront of the Nile river. We took a boat at night to.cross.the river for 150 egp to reach Luxor temple area which looked.beautiful at night. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The washroom was pretty large and room was also good sized with good beddings.

Everything was good, we didn't try their restaurant as we found Google rated places nearby for dinner and breakfast. We also didn't get to use the pool as we were short on time, but it looked great

Love this little hotel, and their heated pool is a little jewel. Plus the sun bed area. Breakfast was an omelette, tea or coffee, bananas, cheese toast and jam, and some cake. We booked the standard rooms, however there is a new block, and we did see the rooms there, and will definitely book them next time. They had tea making facilities, a fridge and were more spacious. I believe you need to email property to book one of these.

Our second visit. A room up grade Delicious food served in rooftop restaurant overlooking the Nile. An absolutely stunning view. Swimming pool that is actually warm. Very friendly and helpful staff Ideally situated for public ferry so very easy to explore the West and East Bamk.

Heated pool with a lovely garden with birds singing, and the view from the balcony were amazing, the staff at reception and at breakfast were very kind and professional. Breakfast with local and international food. Good location to use a ferry or walk along the corniche with many nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Traffic noise from the main street (even at night).

The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool on the hottest days and the food in the restaurant is tasty. It's location is in the west bank, 1 minute walking from the ferry, and they help you to book all the activities and tours that you want to do in Luxor. Beds are okay and the room is big!

The manager was not very welcoming, and if you want wifi you have to ask for it and he will give you a router with limited data. The water in the swimming pool needs some maintaince too!

The location.. beautiful place to view the Nile river... and away from the hustle and bustle and crowed.
