We had an incredible experience at Spring Hotel Luxor for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful room with a gorgeous view and were treated so wonderfully. Private experiences in the area were arranged for us at such a reasonable price. Hot air ballooning, visiting the valley of the kings and temples, market visits, and more. Huge thank you to Mr. Ali who toured us around Luxor to the many sites. We are already planning to return and visit the friends we made while staying here! I promise if you visit, the lovely staff will be the highlight of your trip and you won't want to leave. We definitely didn't! Also, the restaurant had amazing food. Breakfast every morning with a view of the Nile and exceptional location close to the local ferry. We can't say enough positive things. The dinner we had our first night was our favourite meal in all of Egypt. One of my favourite parts of our experience was having tea every evening with Mr Mahmoud who owns the hotel. He always made time for us and made us feel special! His son, Mustafa and another young man Yousef took us sailing for a day we will never forget. They are such friendly and easy going young men. Abdel, who took the absolute best care of us possible, is an incredible person and went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. We enjoyed spending our 5 days in Luxor with all of them. As wonderful as the physical hotel is, the people you will meet here are the best part of it all. We hope to be back ! :)

The stay was fantastic. Mahmoud the owner engaged with us several times during our stay to make sure all is fine. He arranged 2 day trips for us to see the sights we wanted to visit, with a fantastic buffet style lunch. The guide was really good and ensured we had a relaxing, hassle free time. We also had a short Nile trip, with delicious home cooked food enjoyed on the boat. Breakfast was great and plenty. The staff is genuinely nice , Abdel bought all the kids icecream one morning, which I believe made everyone's day :) Rooms were very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Location is fantastic. Just a 5 minute boat ride from the East bank, you can leave hectic Luxor behind for the night to relax and recharge with amazing view of the Nile and the city. Several affordable eateries 5m walk away with same great chill out riverside atmosphere. Our room had a great private balcony in addition to the several communal rooftop terraces. Staff was attentive, specially Abdel who was always very helpful.

Be aware that you will need to pay in foreign currency and this must be cash, so make sure you carry those £€$.

Hotel staffs and particularly hotel owner's son Mr. Mokhtar was very helpful, provided us all support to make our visit easy. The hotel is a good value for money, hotel rooms overlook the rever Nile so near. The restaurant area and roof top allows an amaging view al around, Spending time at the roof top is very serene in the evening. All visiting places are easily excessible from this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Spring Hotel, we knew we had found something truly special. Nestled along the Nile, this charming haven became more than just a place to stay — it became home. What truly made our 25-day journey across Egypt unforgettable was our incredible host Mu’min, whose warmth, care, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire experience. Every recommendation he gave us was spot-on — from local gems to hidden treasures — and he always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and happy. There was never a moment we didn’t feel cared for, seen, or welcomed. It felt like being part of an extended family — and leaving was genuinely difficult. A highlight was dining at Crocodile, his buffet just down the road — hands down the most flavorful, heartwarming meals we had in Egypt. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the atmosphere echoed the same welcoming spirit we felt throughout our stay. We loved it so much that we extended our time — because honestly, we weren’t ready to leave. I’ve stayed in many places throughout my travels, but this experience set a new standard. Thank you for making our Egyptian adventure feel like coming home.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good location, nice room. Perfect quality-price balance. We asked guys to organize a tour to the Valley of Kings for us, and it was an individual, absolutely reasonably priced tour with a guide Hani (ask for this guide, if you're going to visit Luxor, he's really good!). We've been in Ramadan time, so it was hard to sleep at night, but tbh don't think, there is a place in Luxor, where you can hide from the loud sounds 🙂.

Absolutely unique. Spring Hotel Luxor is a true gem among boutique hotels. Its location right on the banks of the Nile offers breathtaking views, especially during sunrise and sunset. But it’s not just the scenery that makes this hotel special. The service is outstanding and far exceeds the standard one would expect. Both the owner and the manager, Abdel, put their hearts into ensuring that guests have everything they need. Abdel, in addition to his managerial duties, personally prepares breakfast, which was absolutely amazing – always fresh, varied, and made to order. The cleanliness of the hotel is also worth highlighting – the rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained. It’s clear that the staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel comfortable and valued. Spring Hotel Luxor was undoubtedly the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Egypt. We highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a cozy atmosphere, exceptional service, and delicious cuisine. If we ever return to Egypt, we will definitely choose this hotel again. We had a very pleasant stay from the beginning to end. Room was spacious and comfortable. They were flexible and attended to our needs. Asref was a lifesaver, not only he arranged us a tour and made some valuable suggestions to us, but also when our reserved taxi from an app didn’t come he arranged airports transfer to us at 2.30 in the morning and he managed to do this in just 15 minutes. I’m really grateful otherwise we would have missed our flight. Also the views from the terrace and restaurant is really nice and we were really satisfied with the quality of the food compared to other similar hotels in the country.

The room was big and clean with nice views. The hotel in general is in very good conditions and the rooftop terrace has amazing views to the Nile and you can enjoy the chill out space at any time. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and nice, we were offered welcome drinks and all the help to organize our visits in Luxor and everything we needed during our time there. We really appreciated the treatment and attention of Momen, who was all the time available to help us and shared his knowledge about Luxor and Egypt. We will come back! 😊

Hotel is located in the West bank which is the "quiet bank". This hotel has a nice view of the Nile river from the terrace. The boat Taxi to cross to the East bank is just within walking distance. They charged us 50EGP one way to cross to the other side. I don't know if that was the right price or not, but be aware. Staff is super friendly and there is even a small convenient store outside the hotel were the lady is honest enough to sell things at the right price like a bottle of water for 8 EGP (big one), instead of 40 EGP at any other store where you, as tourist, will get ripped off, just to give an example.

Everything was ok, we do not have anything to complain about.
