The ambiance of the hotel is lovely—clean, with polite staff who genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast buffet was good, offering several options to choose from. They also organize themed dinners with belly dancers, adding a unique touch to the experience. The garden is beautiful and located right in front of the Nile River, providing a serene setting. After a couple of hectic days in Cairo, staying at the Ibero Hotel truly felt like a real holiday.

The food at the pool wasn’t as good as expected. There weren’t many options to choose from, and the taste was disappointing. I ordered a kofta kebab, but the meat lacked flavor, the vegetables had no dressing, and the bread was cold. Overall, it felt like there wasn’t much care put into the dishes.

Location was great. It is near the nile river and the nile river view room shows great view. The breakfast was pretty enough I liked it. The most important thing that hygen. İn Egypt it is not very well but in this hotel I experienced there is a high hygen standart that’s why I liked more. You can stay there in peace. Kristeen and Mostafa was very helpfull anytime I asked them anything.

İnternet was slow but it is normal in Egypt because most of place was same.

Lovely location and the back of the hotel's view of the nile is beautiful. Good price as I paid the same in Cairo for far less offered. Clean room and decent size. Good sturdy furniture. Breakfast served from 6am, which is so convenient. Also had a lovely buffet selection of food, including desserts. Staff were all really polite, friendly and helpful (5 star hotel service) - helped us arrange a driver to take us around the West Bank of luxor at last minute notice and my brother even asked them to fill some of their pastry desserts with custard!

Improvements needed to make it 5 star 1. Swimming pool to be open after 6pm - such a lovely sized pool so a shame that it's not getting used to its max. 2. Need more plug sockets as they're all being used by the lamps / fridge / tv 3. Needed a main room light - the only light provided was the lamps in the room We actually spoke about all of those things to the manager who said they're planning on updating those things in the near future - but even if it's not updated, the room is worth coming back to anyways

We were impressed with the high level of hospitality and the level of the service, the breakfast is perfect and very varied, the breakfast pastries are very delicious and fresh. try the Egyptian falafel and the foul We want to thank mister ayman for his hospitality and understanding for the guests needs

Location is great on the bank of the Nile but easy walk to centre, nice peaceful gardens overlooking the Nile. Breakfast was good, shame there were no fresh juices available but food selection and quality was very good. Bedrooms were good but street view rooms are noisy and to be avoided

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions and hotel manager with magnificent service.

The city full of history and the hotel is at the middle of the city the food is very good, the breakfast is perfect and varied, Italian restaurant is very nice with very tasty food the staff are very helpful specially the manager mister Ayman, very helpful and he help us with the reservation.

I moved here so I could be a bit closer to the centre of town. It's remarkably good value- not especially fancy but with very friendly and attentive staff, a lovely garden and terrace, a beautiful pool and bar area right by the river with perfect views of the boats and the sunset, a decent breakfast. I didn't try any of the other meals or facilities but all the other guests seemed very happy with everything. A great place to get away from the bustle of central Luxor but still within walking distance of all the East Bank sights. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early which was a bonus as we were exhausted, arriving that morning on an overnight bus trip. Rooms were neat and clean and we received a welcome Christmas stocking filled with snacks. Facilities were great. Nile view from my room was awesome especially at night with the mountain (in the distance) lit up. There are Restaurants on the premises, lovely pool area although we did not get the opportunity to use it as our stay was short. They offer a large breakfast spread with a variety of options. There are gift shops on the premises and an ATM. The Luxor Temple is about a 10 minute walk away and there is a boat docked at hotel that can take you across the river (at a price) and arrange a taxi on the other side to take you to the sites ie Valleys of the Kings and Queens and also to the Alabaster factories.

There was no hot water in my room on the morning that we checked out so the shower was unpleasant but this is a minor incident. Everything else was great.
