the staff and the location are perfect for staying in Luxor as its right in the main street and walking distance to the train station .. as for getting to the valley of the kings and other things in the west bank the hotel arranged a driver who's English and knowledge of the area was excellent.... the breakfast was plentiful for a day of exploring ... Would always stay here anytime I was in Luxor

We liked that the hotel is in the heart of city and Karnak temple , Nile are close by. The hotel is situated in the midst of hustle bustle which we wanted to experience. The hotel host Abdullah and his dad are very friendly , helpful and also changed our room to have a city view instead of swimming pool view. We had booked also West Bank/East bank tour with them and also Felucca sailing to banana island . All the tours were very nice and enjoyable .

The only downside was that the room was a bit cold since it was winter time when we stayed. But Abdullah helped us by providing extra blankets and also that made our stay warm.

It was OK, we received a nice welcome and the last day we had the chance to stay in the lobby until the time for our train was close at night.

People in Egypt are kind, though they are really pushy, the staff members, at check out, forced us to write a review and give them 5 stars, they even took the cellphones from us to do it themselves. Luckily, the review wasn't available at the moment at Booking. They also were too pushy trying to sell us many tours and a balloon trip.

The staff and hotel owner was friendly, and we received good discounts and assistance in organizing various excursions. A great value for the price. Additionally, a simple and delicious breakfast was included in the price.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Everyone welcomed us as friends. The room is comfortable and we could rest very well. Wonderful breakfast with the view of the pool. I hope I can come back again to Luxor.

staff was friendly and helpful. they gave blankets and toiletries when asked. clean room. ac in the room. pool was clean and nice. balcony was nice. very close to train station, Luxor temple, not far from karnak. very great value.

pillows too big and too firm. one person got sick the morning of the hot air balloon and they weren’t willing to refund her at all, even partially. breakfast was eh.

We only booked a hotel room in order to leave our luggage for the day, as there are no lockers in the train station. The staff was polite. The owner helped us book a driver last minute. We needed a driver for the day in Luxor as our train arrived late in the city and our schedule changed.

Good location to explore the East Bank temple and Luxor Museum. Owner is very helpful arranging additional excursions to Valley of the Kings plus many more

the management is very friendly and welcoming. they could help you with arranging all activities in luxor. internet is fine, breakfast tasty and quite a warmup
