Beautiful, small hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly. The bungalows are so cute. We really liked the lounge area underneath each one that allowed us to relax in a hammock or eat in close proximity to our room. The pool and beach area are well cared for.

Our only complaint was the lack of vegetarian food options. The entire menu is filled with meat and seafood options. That being said, the staff worked with us and managed to come up with some delicious vegetarian variations. We also had to pay for food service every night before going to bed rather than at the end of our stay - so go find someone to pay before going to bed.

Excellent staff and service. Comfortable room and bed. So pretty, spacious and the private cabins on stilts, all in wood, really a lovely feeling. The bath in the bathroom was a lovely surprise and I enjoyed an evening bath. Different zones - the cabins zones with almost private verandas, the swimming pool zone with many little different areas within it, the bar zone with straw and wood furniture / shading and then the beach zone with little "ranchitas" with again straw shelters and wooden chairs plus double bed for sunbathing. Nothing was too close to each other and nothing too far from your cabin or the bar etc. Food and drink were always brought to wherever you wanted it. Staff have had excellent training and really work hard - with a smile.

Some clients had no respect about noise and would play their own personal music very loudly. I don't know why this is acceptable - it really is not. The staff do need to have the courage to challenge clients who behave like this. The bedroom needs a little cupboard for clothes - I was there 3 days and it is hard to live out of a suitcase. The room is really beautiful but a small, pretty cupboard will not spoil it.

The receptionist was more than exceptional. She made the arrival very special and welcoming. The room was a unique experience. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The food was served very quickly and very good. The servers were extremely courteous. The pool was GREAT! The beach was great for swimming and taking long walks. The sunset was beautiful. During checkout, the receptionist could not have been more complimentary and gracious.

I forgot to bring insect repellant. At night time the flying insects were terrorists, they attacked me mercilessly. It is my own fault, I am so sweet! Hehehe... wink!

Wonderful hotel and stay. Included breakfast was great and their full menu had tons of delicious options too. The grounds were beautifully maintained and relaxing. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and greatly decorated. The pool was super enjoyable, and the beach is only a few feet away. And best of all— the staff were excellent. They were kind, courteous, and were extremely generous in making our stay the best. I will be coming back here without question!

The property is well located and has a quite and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is small but the menu is big ...meaning delicious. Its staff were very kind and extremely helpful...the bar menu is refreshing and on the spot with all the listed drinks. I loved the place indeed!. The only think that Salvadorean hotel owners MUST do is to always keep an eye on the cleanliness of the beach....unfortunately there is too many plastics floating around and rob the beauty of the beach.

Breakfast was great. The staff is what really blew me out of the water. They are all amazing!! They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The location is beautiful with amazing views and very quiet. It’s the perfect place for a romantic getaway And I will definitely be returning in the future.

Price is a little high on the food/drinks but it’s understandable since your at a higher end location.

The rooms are beautiful. The pool is very nice. The beach is nice. The restaurant on site is good. The area has very few tourists.

There is no hot water. The elevated cabanas are a little wobbly. The resort is about 45 minutes by car from the airport. There is low lying music playing nearby in the early mornings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tortuga Village Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. (Jose and Luis were amazing, thank you both ) I also took a boat 🚤 tour with Carlos Molina and it was amazing! Thank you Carlos . Jose and Luis thank you for your amazing service.

This is the second time staying at this property. The place is nice.

I didn’t like the staff, when I provide my confirmation number for my reservation, the receptionist at that moment couldn’t find my reservation at told me it didn’t exist. She didn’t even listen to me when I was telling her my reservation number, I keeped telling her check under the name or the number and she keeped saying it didn’t exists. I made that reservation like 3-4 weeks before and on my side the process was there. After debating with her about my reservation she told me she found it 🙄. The place is nice, receptionist bad 👎🏼 I talked to Patricia before ,she is good.

Breakfast Típico was good just surprised charged extra for sour cream we also wished there were more options like quesadillas or empanadas oatmeal and hot chocolate more fruit options like mango or maracuya

The hot water in shower was hard to manage it was to hot when I lowered to cold it was to cold the middle option not working for warm water
