We really liked the room: clean, comfortable, bathtub :), enough light and space. we had a kettle, some teas in the room which was really good. Dinner menu in the hotel is amazing and at a very good price (3 course for 22 eur), we enjoyed it. The service in the hotel was also quite ok, people were very pleasant. Overall I enjoyed our short stay.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool is open only during the summer and hammam wasn't working when we arrived. Also it is very uncomfortable that you can book spa and massage only upon arrival and there were not many spots (I think only 4-6 people max as spa area is very small). And you need to bring the towel from the room to the spa area. The parking situation is not that convenient.. first you park in front of the hotel to get your bags in and than we had to drive to another hotel for underground parking.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly- especially the girl who gave the spa treatment (Christina).

The “spa” itself was outdated and only the jacuzzi and sauna were open. Although the website stated the pool was open, it sadly wasn’t (it was beautiful, hot weather and we were sad not to be able to enjoy the pool - as this was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We felt a bit cheated.

Friendly stuff, good location, not bad SPA (small, costed additional €2/person, sauna was surprisingly warm), good restaurant, clean room, all the needed bath stuff and tea things was it the room. It was warm, bed is comfy. Parking costs €15/night, locates in ~150m from hotel.

Internet connection in two floor room (305, upper floor) is terrible, WiFi disappears pretty often

I liked the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything, both vegetables and fruits. The staff was friendly, when questions arose they gave full information. When I was staying at the hotel there were not too many guests and I did not hear any noise, as was written in other reviews. It was nice that there was a kettle with tea accessories in the room, for me it was important to have tea, although I did not find any information about the presence/absence of a kettle. The room was quite warm, despite the fact that the heating battery in the bathroom was turned off. Things dried quickly after skiing. To store skis they gave a key for a deposit of 10 euros from a locker in the ski room. You need to book the spa in advance, 45 minutes is a little short, but overall I liked it. The condition is not new, but not critical. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the hotel, I recommend it.

One of the receptionists gave me a key to the ski locker, but did not tell me that my room key had to be programmed to open the door to the storage room, and only another helped me and fixed it. It's a shame that there is no transfer from the hotel to Funicamp, although the bus stop is nearby, but it would be more convenient to have a transfer for hotel guests.

The hotel is very nice and room is very good. Staff is friendly and the view of the river outside is nice and relaxing. My room had a street view, but no noise neither heavy lights at night.

The use of spa was a bit complicated and the only time available I had to cancel or I would not be able to catch my bus on time. Since I elected this hotel only to use the spa, I couldn't avoid being disappointed. The description for the use was not clearly set during reservation, so I think it could be better developed.

Amazing hotel, close to city center, but at the same time in a quiet zone. We had picturesque view to mountains and river which is near the hotel. Has its own little spa. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was a kettle in the room but we didn’t use it. There’re bathrobes and slippers in the room. We used the hotel’s parking, it is quite compact but close to hotel and with a special price for the guests. We really loved our stay.

The rooms were comfy and spacious. The bathrooms are really nice, with a good powerful shower. The location is perfect, 5 mins from the main boulevard with all the shops and restaurants. Pool is really nice, super friendly staff. It’s raised above the road, so you feel like you are bathing in the mountains, not a city.

Service at the bar was slow, a minor grumble though.

The staff is extraordinarily receptive, helpful and adorable from the minute you walk in the door. Pita, Carlos, Antonio!  I love wood floors in the bedrooms.  You know they are clean. The mattresses are excellent. Crisp white linen changed daily during our two week stay.  Clean!  We went to Andorra for the spa treatment.  The thermal waters are piped into the bathrooms. I soaked in the tub every night which was incredibly healing after the vein surgery on my leg which was what brought us to Andorra.  You could not find better masseuses anywhere.  Incredible attention to technique. We live in France and the hotel and spa were a fraction of the cost of treatment in France (not to mention the lack of medical practitioners to  help with rehabilitation). We don't typically eat in hotel  restaurants, but this was an exception.  As we arrived late the first day, we decided to try the dinner.  The chef was excellent. Amuse bouches to start, tapas portion. Subtle little sauces, delicate fish filets in a light but succulent sauce.  The first course pastas were scrumptious, warm bread from the oven, beautiful local white wine.  Forgot to mention our waiter/barman who made generous cocktails. Fantastic mojitos and juicy sangria.  We learned there must be a second chef who was good but not the same light touch.  You sleep like a baby in the high altitude air with the rushing river out  the window.  It is a magnificent torrent and loud!  But the windows are insulated.  Once you close them, you have complete silence.  The first week, we slept with the windows closed; second week, wide open.  The breakfast is copious with Spanish hams and other cold cuts, cheeses, fresh baked goods, fruits, fruit salads, health smoothies, eggs to order, country yogurt, chia blends...generous selection!  It is a downhill walk to the shops and restaurants, but remember, there is a walk back up for those who might be physically challenged.

Nice staff, warm and welcoming. Great breakfast. Our room was big and very clean. Close to the shopping area. If you are travelling by car you can park the car just in fronto of the hotel for unloading the luggage. Locked parking place at 100 mt up to a steep road.

The room was extra clean and equipped with all you need. Very good breakfasts and excellent dinner. Staff are excellent especially those who were serving dinner. Hotel is close to the center of the town.

Everything was exceptional. Small parking place is something which is normal and expected considering location.
